There were emotional moments that brought tears to my eyes that's why I gave this a 5. This book will hold a special place in my heart because Michael, the heroines 3 yr old son reminds me so much of my Son at that age. My Dad wasn't a cowboy but a good ole Ky boy that always wore a cowboy hat and boots. My Son worshipped my Dad so of course any and every chance he got to wear pappaws hat and boots, he took. We of course got him his own but there was something special about wearing Pappaws'. Also my Son loved to sing, his favorites were, Smokin in the Boy's Room, Bad to the Bone a This book will hold a special place in my heart because Michael, the heroines 3 yr old son reminds me so much of my Son at that age.
Whenever my Son needed to use the potty he always had to be naked, well almost naked. Whether peeing or the other, he would strip down to nothing, put his boots back on then go potty, we had several near misses and of course some accidents because of this little ritual but this was the way it had to be in his mind lol. If he was sitting on the toilet doing his business you could always hear him singing at the top of his lungs one of his favorite songs and if yiou happened to peek in ob him you would find him sitting there singing and swinging his little legs as fast as they could go and waving his arms in the air, basically dancing on the pot while doing his business while being completely naked except for his cowboy boots lol.
He was also very fond of running around in nothing but his boots and hat, whether indoors or out. He wouldn't start out that way but numerous times I would get a call from the neighbors telling me he was running around naked except for boots and hats, he was the joy of the neighborhood lol. Reading this book brought back so many HAPPY memories and made me want to go back and relive them or do it all over again lol.
Being 49 yrs old and hubby 54 yrs old, he wasn't too enthusiastic about that idea lol. Can't wait for the next in the series. Dec 08, Helen Jessica Mays rated it it was ok. This series has something with expensive gifts. It is like the author think that is how a man shows his love, with lots of jewelry and lingerie.

It was like this on the other books too but in this one there is even a price tag. It is so much and the heroine never bats This series has something with expensive gifts. It is so much and the heroine never bats an eye, never says no I am independent or I am not for sale or something like that. And I hate it when so innocent virgin girls tries blowjob for the first time, and they are so talented at it that a man-whore like that second hero falls in love with her style.
That job takes serious dedication and learning, it has nothing to do with natural talent. If you are talking about a no-gag reflex girl, that is another matter. She was so innocent and so scared one day, the next day she was lap dancing and having threesomes. The author tries to deal with this by adding a fast-forwarded 6 month period, but nothing happens on that period.
Nothing more than kissing. The menage of her fantasies, featuring her best friends, seems to be on the back burner.

Heather Rainier lives and writes in South Central Texas. In this book as in both preceeding books, the lovers' relationship moves along more like most love relationships grow. A mini-crisis occurs and then the start of the next chapter indicated it was the next month and the heroine was STILL thinking about telling him about her history! Ape does not turn into modern man with just one step up. There was no story for me.
Not enough for so many pages. There were so many pages of dull sex and so many pages of everydaylife events and of course the men's presents to her, opening of those presents, presentation of those presents, usage of those presents bla bla bla, even if there were more pages there would have been no place to add a story to it. This has to be my favourite book in the series so far, but not by far as all the books I have read in this series I enjoyed immensely.
These books have a permanent place of my keeper shelf, or in this case on my Kindle. I've reread this book and the preceding ones more than once. I have been rooting for Angel and Teresa since he got rid of the wicked witch of a girlfriend if you could even call her that! I always feel I get more This has to be my favourite book in the series so far, but not by far as all the books I have read in this series I enjoyed immensely. I always feel I get more than my moneys worth with a Heather Rainier book, no quick flash reads, a nice long read to warm you on a cold wet afternoon.
I totally fell in love with her little boy Michael, his scenes always had me laughing and wishing he was real and I could scoop him up in a great big hug. One of the things I like is that Michael wasn't a caricature of what a child should be, and I didn't have to read through a mixed up version of supposed 'baby talk' to try and understand what the author was trying to tell us the child was saying.

Heather's little town and it's inhabitants are a place I loved to escape to. I read quite a bit, where 3 people are together and two of the men are practically clones of each other and only when their names are used you can tell which one is talking. I'm glad Heather's men don't fall into that trap. Also I am liking that more curvy women - instead of anorexic stick figures - that are getting the man now!!
Feb 15, Judith rated it really liked it. Book Three in this series about the people who are connected to and live around the Divine Ranch. The foreman of the ranch has come out a very destructive affair with a woman and is not seeking to move on with his life. As in all three novels in this series, the main characters are involved in a very intense love relationship and ultimately this affair grows to include two brothers and the beautiful lady. One characteristic of this author's writing is that there is not the usual initial love-hate conflict between the lovers. Yes, there are problems and upsets, but somehow they work them out, just as real people try very hard to work things out without all the theatrics we so often encounter in romance fiction. I happen to like this author's writing style and she is a very good storyteller. I've read a few stories in this genre and I think that would not hurt a little reluctance on the part of Teresa. The especially liked that the heroine is not the type of mannequin, but there are curves, but the guys are almost perfect. Probably the rest of the series is going to read it but I think I need a little break before the too much emotion is drain on my monitor.

May 22, Inga rated it really liked it. Her stories offer up the content of her fantasies, with autobiographical humor, triumph and tragedy mixed in. To this day she's pretty sure that was her mom's version of the "birds and the bees" talk. Heather writes the type of novel she loves to read: More erotic and edgy than the mainstream, with plenty of sweet romance mixed in and a happily ever after guaranteed. Heather's favorite type of hero is the gentle, lovable giant but readers will discover a wide variety of heroes and alphas on the pages of her novels, from nearly perfect to very flawed.
Heather hopes that readers relate to her heroines and the challenges and dilemmas they face head on. Sometimes we have to seize the day, live life with no regrets, forget the past, never give up, learn to trust, and dare to live, even in outrageous circumstances. Those themes are woven throughout her Divine Creek Ranch Collection which debuted in November of It seemed fitting that he name me. I write every weekday and on Saturdays as well. I write in the morning and afternoon, and then stay up late correcting and revising. How do you develop your heroes and heroines?
Where does inspiration come from? Inspiration comes from daily life. A cowboy was in the checkout line in front of me and struck up a conversation, flirting the whole time. Th Often wondered what had happen to Margot and now we find out. This story is currently free to people with iPads only. Hopefully others will be able to read it also as it is another hit by Heather. Looking forward to Tiny Dancer which is available December 21st.
This book was HOT! I have loved everything Divine since Divine Grace. I loved the characters, the love, passion, and of course, the incredible sex! Even though this was a novella nothing was left unsaid and I felt like it was perfect. I loved this book and seeing the love between Margot , Jake and Gil was awesome. I loved that she got her Angel and her Devil lol. Every woman needs the best life has to offer and Jake and Gil give that to Margot! If you like sexy scenes this book may just be a great read for you.
I loved it because both men loved Margot enough to make her life complete. This is a super yummy quick read in the Divine Creek series. I was a little disappointed, because all the other books in the series are a journey from beginning to end. One of the things I love about the series is how Ms Rainier will go back and retell events that occurred in other books that brought a couple together. The reader is filled in on everything that is unsaid in the previous stories.
That is missing here. We only pick up where things are in the current timeline. I felt a little cheat This is a super yummy quick read in the Divine Creek series. I felt a little cheated, because the series has made me expect more. I was also really excited to hear what happened with the bathtub scene from an earlier book. The story her is very limited, it seems to be more about the hot smexy steam.
Divine Creek Ranch [Margot's Hunger
It is especially hawt!! Oh yeah, you can expect all the naughty menage detail that Divine Creek is known for, oh lordy yes! It is all about the lady, the fellas are only friends. The narrative is mixed, give in you thoughts from all three characters. It is key for understanding where they are all coming from. Margot is a sassy curvy gal, just the sort I adore! Jake is a yummy cowboy who loves to bait his woman. Gil is a delicious peacemaker for the group!
I adore the dynamic and wish we could have spent more time with them. I listened to the audiobook narrated by Audrey Lusk, who takes delight in the naughty bits. She has a great little rasp to her voice that fits the sassy read perfectly. Her energy is deliciously exuberant at times. Terrific pace, keeps the story moving smoothly. The accents were subtle, maybe a touch to subtle for Margot. It is a fine line sometimes. This was such a yummy read, I will definitely look for more of her naughty books!
Overall, this is a great read that draws you more into the series. I wish it were the marathon read Ms Rainier is known for. I miss all the detail and the build of the romance. I am so very excited to see Siren Publishing getting into audiobooks.
See a Problem?
I can only hope the rest of the smexy series will be coming! I love reading and sharing my opinions with other readers. Thanks for taking the time to read my review! You can see more audiobook reviews on my blog www. Feb 16, ValerieC rated it it was ok Shelves: This was 'just ok' for me. This one just wasn't the same level of writing as the others in the series.
Poor Gil didn't get much time in this story at all!
One thing that bothers me about this series I have read all the books is that one guy or two in the case of the threesomes seems to get shunted aside in favor of just one 'main' guy - almost as if she writes the book and then goes back and adds in a man or two. That was pretty much covered in a previous book when Jake and Margot got together.
I hate to say I feel like this is a waste of money, but that's how I feel about this one
