The world we live in is one that reflects the duality of the "light" and the "dark," but my own journey has led me to reach beyond the "light and darkness of the earth plane" to a Light that is beyond these and one that is within and the Source of all. Call it "Great Spirit," or "God," Allah, or "Wakan Tanka," or whatever, the true source of all is one and it is this one that I have sought and been very successful in not only making my peace with, but in enjoying the life that comes from that.
I am happily married and have had an extraordinary life of my own adventures including having led spiritual workshops, led Medicine Wheel "Earth Wisdom Tours" in Sedona, Arizona, hitchhiked across China and Tibet to spend the Harmonic Convergence in Lhasa and at sacred Mt Kailas Meru , where I stayed for in the monastery at the base of the mountain As a boy I loved reading the book, Lost Horizon, and always dreamed of going to the Himalayas in search of "Shangrila. One of the first "serious" books I ever read was Siddhartha by Herman Hesse. My library has lots of works that teach about the "Light, but also includes Madeleine L'Engle's Wrinkle in Time set of novels, which also talk about the truth of Light, but from a whimsical "children's books" point of view. My first book reflects the joys of the path and the struggles, indeed, we all go through in living our lives.

It truly is a spiritual quest that Harry goes on in order to come to terms with the life he was dealt. I found this book to be quite enlightening and eye opening. I found it entertaining and riveting, I could hardly put it down during some parts of the book. I have recommended this book to a few friends who I know would appreciate, and apply the spiritual journey to their own lives as I did.
