This issue was really good! It follows the aftermath of what Carl did to Negan's men, and I was surprised to see Negan interacting with the kid instead of just killing him. Of course, he did humiliate him by making him take off the bandage. He made him cry.
WTF is wrong with this maniac? I especially liked finding out a little more about the place where he lives, and how the people unlucky enough to be there are actually working really hard to survive. Love the direction of this story line! I thought Carl was going to die in this issue but I feel like Negan really respects him. Not sure what Carl's intensions are but he doesn't seem to completely hate the guy. I think he likes the respect. It will be interesting to see how this progresses.
