This book is apparently fantastic fun for parties.. I should also probably mention before I dive into some of these gems…. And my personal favorites…. These titles more accurately portray why anyone would write such absurd suggestions. It does indeed however, provide a good laugh.

And the funny part is, that it illustrates the women of the s were struggling with all the same issues that I tend to write about in this blog! You think I would be discouraged at the mocking tone. However the opposite is true. I find it encouraging that you are reading the book and am hopeful that over time you will begin to see the wisdom within.

She does listen to everything he says and just before he takes his last sip of beer, she smiles intently as she knows that the tranquilizer she has slipped will kick in momentarily leaving her speachless….

Thanks for stopping by.. Great for bridal showers or to cheer up a depressed girlfriend, married or single even better! Worth my money, I needed the belly laugh!!! Most modern women would be horrified that this was real advice given to wives. Would make a good gift for the bride to be or as an anniversary present. Most women would probably get a good laugh out of it. However, it seems that when this advice was given marriages lasted a lot longer than they do now.

Did make me laugh. But it does ring true and what is forgotten how to treat a husband. Just I think this is a book extreme, so what that made me laugh.
