This book is about the discovery of America. In was discovered America by Christopher Columbus in his first they began to call of America. I like this book because This book is about it teaches us about our continent America. And in my opinion it is very interesting to know who discovered America. I thought they were very hard to read aloud at first, but I've gotten used to them. And I love that they include bits of history into the stories and we get to know a little more about life during those times. While the tale is not overly accurate, the small blurbs that accompany many of the pages are good sources of information. We enjoyed reading this book together and we will certainly read more of these st We've read most of the Geronimo Stilton Graphic Novels and our girls really like them. I recommend people to read this story, if they like Geronimo Stilton books, try reading the graphic novels. In graphic novels, there is always a mystery. Very, very, good stories!! There are the same characters in the graphic novel, same as the fiction books.
So it won't be too confusing if you read Geronimo Stilton's fiction, not graphic novel. I hope you like it! I also thought the book had good vocabulary in it and could be a new challenge for some kids. Through out the book there are little sections with facts that relate to the topic, so since this one was about Christopher Columbus there are a lot about him and Spain. I saw this graphic novel at the library, and couldn't resist the urge to pick it up.
Even though it's meant for a much younger audience, I still enjoyed it. I found that it brought back a lot of nostalgia. It was a cute graphic novel. If I can find more, I might continue the series. Cat and Mouse in a Haunted House. Field Trip to Niagara Falls. They are still fun to read and very descriptive. I really liked this book and I would recommend it to anyone. This book is amazing! This book is about a mouse named Geronimo Stilton. He is the editor of the newspaper, The Rodent's Gazette. When Professor Von Volt finds out that the pirate cats are going back in time to change the past, he sends Geronimo and his family back in time to when Christopher Columbus discovered America to stop the pirate cats. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone!
