Gianni's place was better than the description. Everything we could think of was either in place, or provided by Gianni, who was helpful and very friendly. The place is quite new and is kept at a high standard. The cleanliness and the quality of the amenities set a new benchmark in my BNB stays. The setting is lovely , rural, peaceful and quite but handy to anything of interest. We had a quite time in mind for our visit. Lovely host as well. Perfect place for a family or group holiday.
We had a really great time at Giovanni. The house is ideal for two families. The pool is great. Everything is clean and in good shape. I also enjoyed to get bikes from Giovanni, so I didn't have to use the car for everything. It is only a pity that the kitchen doesn't have an oven - not that it is a must - but we would have liked to use one a few times.
Giovanni is very helpful and always available. I have spent one night at Valentino's building and he was a really welcomed and warm person. The restaurant was also nice. We were Valentinos second guests and he managed to make us feel very welcome! He even greeted us with some of his own wine, which tasted marvelous! The apartment is tidy and clean and the underneath restaurant is wonderful. Can only recommend having dinner there!
Ernesto, one of Valentinos waiters is also very nice! Valentino was very nice with us. He is very helful and make us discover all good things in Italy. The rooms are clean. The location is calm, peaceful and not too far from the beach and the mountains. Carmen's house is all a traveler may need - a home away from home. The village is near the highway and very easy to find, the house itself has the perfect location - on the main road and near the piazza. But still, it is quiet and fresh. You can park your car in the yard under a roof.
Carmen rents the first floor of her house and it has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. The two bedrooms are stylish and clean, with these amazing furniture from real wood, very nice feel. The beds are very comfortable. It was end of October when we arrived and the weather was coldish and rainy but the house is equipped with heaters and very warm. Great place to stay. Very stylish and well thought. Great helpful and friendly host. My family loved it. Carmen is a great host. I recommend to everyone. Must say, it was great, the appartment very big, clean, nice old furniture, nice beds, 3 minuts walk from center.

Great place for our family! Carmen is very welcoming. We had an appartment on our own, very comfortable beds, and everything we needed was there. Our children espescially loved the big garden, where they played all morning. It was only for 1 night, but we would have stayed longer! I'm in love with Italians hospitality! And if you're going to stay in Alberta's and Alessandro's place, you get even more than you could expect! My family felt more than care and hospitality, and we had all we could need. And the breakfasts were so great!

Marco's house was amazing. It is very spacious 2 big bedrooms and 1 extra big attic with bed, sofas and gymnastic equipments. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a lot of nice decoration, and the kitchen is big and fully equipped. We can really see that Marco has put a lot of effort to make the house beautiful and comfortable. There are a lot of games and toys in the house as well, in case you bring any kids. There is even a Jacuzzi in one of the bathroom to relax after a long day. The garden is beautiful as well, it's equipped with bbq and a table to eat outside during a sunny day.
The location of the house is within a driving distance 20 min to the famous Lignano Sabbiadoro's beach, Udine and Trieste, even Venice is only an hour drive. Marco is very easy to communicate and always available when we need some information about the house. We strongly recommend this house if you are planning to visit Friuli-Venezia Giulia area.

Thank you Marco for the wonderful stay. The house is very spacy and a great place to spend time with two families.
The three bathrooms are very comfortable and give everyone enough privacy. The garden and pool make the place perfect to spend a whole day at the house. With a supermarket at the other site of the road, the whole place is very convenient. Marco is a great host and reacts very fast and adequate and is always willing to help or explain things. The nights are pretty warm, but the air conditioning helps cooling down a bit, although it's a bit noisy.
Be sure to have enough anti-mosquito-stuff with you, although Marco also has a lot of things against the mosquitos in the house, available for the guests. All in all a great place to stay with a perfect host! Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questa favolosa casa.

Diana's place was excellent, we stayed only one night but had very comfortable experience, Silvana the host lives next door and accommodates us perfectly. I recommend strongly this location! This house that is located in San Giorgio di Nogaro is in a rural environment, very quiet but also very well connected and an hour from the sea and the mountains It is an hour and a half by train from the Center of Venice.
The hosts are very friendly.
We needed to be close to San Giorgio di Nogaro, and this was a great spot to base out of. Dina's home felt warm and welcoming from our first night on. As a bonus, it is close to Venice 1 hour away , beautiful vineyards, Trieste also 1 hour away , Croatia 2. We had a great stay! Everything was as it should be. I would definitely recommend it. It's perfect as a base for day trips to many great locations, all within about an hour of driving. The accomodation was exactly as it was described.
Our host was really flexible for what we were really grateful. There was everything what we needed, we made a barbecue and slept very well. I recommend very much. Mirzet ist sehr nett und freundlich. Das war sicherlich nicht das letze mal bei Mirzet und seine tolle Familie. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Staying at Franca and Gilbert was phenomenal.

They are very hospitable and generous. We were at many pleasant Airbnb hosts, but the stay at Franca and Gilbert was top. The house is clean has everything that you need!! The family is excellent and best!! What else can we expect?? Absolutely beautiful home in Passariano. Spacious, newly renovated home was meticulously clean and had everything needed for our family of five adults and our 8 month old granddaughter! Nice touches were everywhere! Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, snacks, toiletries, and even a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge!
A crib and toys were also provided for our 8 month old granddaughter. Near Villa Manin, Codroipo, and Bertiolo. Several grocery stores are conveniently located nearby in Codroipo. Our hosts Miria and Vittorio greeted us when we arrived and were so welcoming. They made sure we had everything needed for our 3 night stay.

Cercavo una location super per regalare a mia moglie e alle sue amiche una giornata veramente speciale il giorno prima del nostro matrimonio Addirittura le finestre danno direttamente sul parco della villa con una vista affascinante. Ci aveva preparato tutto il necessario per la colazione e per darci una bellissima accoglienza.
Consiglio caldamente questo appartamento. Bella posizione e buon alloggio, host gentilissima e disponibile, unica pecca trascurato un po' nella pulizia.. Buona colazione e buoni spazi. Wij werden geweldig ontvangen door Massimo! De eigenaren nodigde ons uit voor een aperitief onder het genot van een heelijk glas proccesco uit de streek. De familie is enorm gastvrij. We kregen zelfs een rondleiding door de omgeving, o. De accomodatie is een sfeervolle boerderij, een luxe agriturismo met toch een authentieke sfeer en veel privacy.
Een mooie kamer met stijl gemeubileerd, schoon en een fantastisch uitzicht. Het ontbijt staat 's-morgens klaar op een prachtige tafel in een sfeervolle, en authentieke ruimte. Iedere dag bestaat het ontbijt uit zelfgemaakte biologische sublieme streekproducten! Je kunt een wandeling maken in de schitterende gigantische tuin, een groen natuurgebied met een rivier.
