Salt Lake City, 18 Mar. I received your kind letter and was glad to hear from you. I have to inform you that Mr. Phelps died the sixth day of March, and will have a part in the first resurrection of Saints and Apostles.
Through all his fightings and doing he has died at a good old age. Peace to his memory.
