Very good book that explains how to introduce your baby to sign language. One of the most important parts is not giving up, and this book does a good job of keeping you motivated with real world examples and the science behind it. Some illustrations are a little difficult to grasp. I ended up with a different understanding of the gestures when I looked them up in videos. They are static illustrations, so I won't count this against the book too badly.

The recipes were all for toddlers and not, despite the title, for infants. And while there were extensive lectures on why I shouldn't put soda in my kid's bottle or put her on the Atkins diet, it didn't answer the myriad questions I DO have about making and storing my own baby food.
