This book is not yet featured on Listopia. What a great collection of hikes. All the hikes in this book are longer than 3 hours but less than 12 hours so that they are all possible to do as a day trip. They are not rated for difficulty or even the authors preference but there is a fairly comprehensive two page description of each hike with driving directions to the trail start that should let you infer the difficulty based on your personal fitness level.

My edition does not seem to be here, so I chose the closest one my copy is also 'revised and updated 6th edition but has a different cover. This is a great book for anyone who is hiking in Southwestern BC. I belong to a hiking club and I think everyone I have hiked with has some version of this book.
This guide gives very detailed descriptions of each hike, including highlights, and cautions. The book also gives a fairly honest overall idea of the experience of each hike.
