Have been in PV since Jan. We've enjoyed supper here twice this trip. The garlic fish filet meal is excellent,truly a restaurant to put on your list if you enjoy seafood. Located a block off the bus route in downtown Vallarta, This is a wonderful little seafood place. We took a seat and were given our menu by the year old daughter of the owners. I had the grilled Mahi Mahi and my wife had the butterfly shrimp. Both came on big platters and were fresh and delicious.
I had four big, delicious Mahi Mahi fillets that were obviously caught that morning. If you like excellent seafood prepared to order in a hole in the wall place, don't miss La Isla de Marin's. What a great restaurant! Family run; you can see them cooking your meal.
