Owner of a housekeeping services company goes on to be the maid of a client herself? Good story and I liked the main characters but I'm still not sure what was the deal with the step-mother. She didn't really do anything heinous but she was kind of portrayed as being somewhat evil. And what was the deal with the "look" that Rhiannon running?
