How many recipes are actually in this book? I read some crazy reviews that some of these recipes are industrial sized and amounts in other recipes are way off, like a sandwich with a filling that includes, among other things: Plus the bread, of course. Must be for giants.

Margaux Sky is an outstanding recipe maker. I just can't think of anybody that is as creative and imaginative with bread or any other fare as she. Honestly, she amazes me.
