IC patients who can tolerate "Try It" foods, however, have an incredibly broad range of recipe choices from even general cookbooks. Those of us who are limited to the "Generally Safe" category are left out in this cookbook and are reduced to the obvious: So I feel that the author has given a very misleading statement in saying her recipes are drawn from the diet guidelines - they are, but only for those with mild IC or food sensitivity to only the worst items - this should have been clear up front. I am french and old retired doctor with over reactive bladder. IThe first pace was the diet by"interstial cystitis association".
Thanks so mo much to it! Get to Know Us. Since my children are always hungry, we decided to try out a new recipe! We headed off to Publix to get everything we needed for these mini fruit pizzas from the Fresh from Florida website. The kids and I chose to do something sweet and fruity, so mini fruit pizza fit the bill perfectly! We grabbed all of our ingredients, and then headed home to try this out!

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy these were to make! My kids gobbled these up! Sweet, but not too sweet.. Mini fruit pizza is a perfect snack, dessert, or even breakfast really! I love how versatile it is! This will totally be a staple in my home from now on!
