Loved every page of this book. It was interesting, lusty, emotional and what an imagination! I didn't see the ending coming in this book at all. If you like Scottish romances with a fantastic twist - you have to read this book! This book was a lovely read. The characters were easy to love and very entertaining!!

I would love to read more with these lively characters! I have enjoyed each book by this author. Eternity's Mark is a standalone novel. This was an excellent read. Maeve Greyson knows exactly how to draw her readers into the story and keep them interested in the story that is going on the pages of the novel. Taggart has been looking for Hannah for a very long time.

Taggart knows that Hannah is the last of her bloodline and the last known Guardian. Hannah realized when she was younger that she was different from the other children but kept her ability to herself. Taggart has gone to convince Hannah to come back to Taroc Na Mor. Hannah gives Taggart some resistance in going to Taroc Na Mor. She is hard headed and strong willed.

Eternity's Mark - Maeve Greyson

I give Eternity's Mark 5 stars and would recommend this novel to anyone who loves paranormal romances. Maeve Greyson's Eternity's Mark is one that I would reread again and again. It is truly a enjoyable read. As a widow, she says she doesn't need a man but boy does she get a gorgeous surprise! For Hannah does not realize that she is a mythical dragon guardian and that she is in danger. When a mysterious and sexy man named Taggart de Gaelson arrives in her small town, Hannah can't help but feel she knows him however impossible it may seem.

When she discovers she is the sole heir to a beautiful and haunting Scottish castle, she wants no part of it. But as a powerful Draecna, Taggart is her protector and future mate.

Eternity's Mark

He has different plans for her, and he is running out of time for there are others who want to kill Hannah! This was a fascinating new world. I like that the original mythology of the Draecna. It was very different from many of the paranormal romances out in the market. The hero, Taggart is very sexy. I just couldn't understand why Hannah took soooo long to finally let him into her heart. She scoffs at their foolish tactics and squashes every trick they pull. She was not prepared for the likes of Taggart though. Taggart de Gaelson has searched high and low for Hannah and will do everything but kidnap her to bring her back to her rightful home, Taroc Na Mor.

After meeting the tiny woman and dealing with her, he is reevaluating his grand plan. Let the battle of wills begin. It had simplicity to it, yet the details of the world building were imaginative and striking. Greyson has developed a fascinating new universe filled with fantastical creatures built around a beautiful and imaginative legend.

This is an extremely easy read. While the romance had a strong presence in the story, the history of the Draecna is what caught my attention. This is by no means an explicit sexual novel. Greyson has written a sensual love story that captures your heart. It is a very sweet touching tale. The foundation of the story was strong, but it just missed something to bring it on up to the next level for me. A very pleasant read, with sexy Scotsmen, an amazing alternate world and a break your heart love story.

Oh yeah and dragons too! Apr 03, Bookaholics rated it really liked it. For Hannah does not realize that she is a mythical dragon guardian and that she is in danger. I like that the original mythology of the Draecna. It was very different from many of the paranormal romances out in the market. The hero, Taggart is very sexy. Hannah is kind of slow and sometimes a bland character. While I liked her work ethic and memory to her dead husband she seems to hold herself back a lot in the beginning of story which caused it to drag.

I kept waiting for something to happen! Taggart has to pull her almost kicking to Scotland. I wished she had shown some enthusiasm most women would be delighted to find they inherited a castle in Scotland or at least been curious. But as the story progresses, so did my enthusiasm for the book. I was also utterly charmed by the endearing young Draecna named William. If you love dragons and Scotland, this intriguing book will surprise you!

Jan 06, Raquel Vega-Grieder rated it it was amazing.

I totally got sucked into Maeve's book Eternity's Mark. It was a unique story with very likable characters. The way she sets a scene and her attention to detail is amazing. This book was so hard to put down. It had my attention from beginning to end. Hannah McPherson is a very strong woman. She is a grieving widow who doesn't feel she will ever be at a place where she can ever love another man again. Taggart de Gaelson comes to Jasper Mills to persuade Hannah to come with him to see a castle in Scotland that she has inherited.

Did I mention that Taggart hasn't told Hannah yet that she is the sacred Guardian to magical dragons called Draecna. Once Hannah and Taggart get to Scotland I love how the whole story unfolds. From how Hannah reacts to the news about being a Guardian to how quickly she finds herself in love with Taggart. There is never a dull moment. Did I also forget to mention that Taggart harbors a very personal secret. A secret that could change the very foundation of his relationship with Hannah. Can you say oh my goodness insert any g word you prefer I would say more but I really don't want to ruin this story for anyone.

Maeve does a phenomenal job telling her story. My new mission is to get my hands on her book The Highlanders's Fury.

Taggart nurses hurts of his own, but he's single-minded in the pursuit of a noble agenda--one that involves Hannah. When his efforts at luring Hannah to Scotland with a promised inheritance fail, he flies from Scotland to press his case in person. They find each other irresistibly attractive, but he cannot and she will not become romantically involved.

Taggart manages to convince Hannah to have a look at h Hannah is emotionally stuck in the past and determined to stay in her small mountain town. Taggart manages to convince Hannah to have a look at her inheritance in Scotland, which turns out to be in a remote location. I don't want to give away too much of the plot, but let's just say Hannah's inheritance isn't what she expects I loved the interaction between Hannah and Taggart as they forge a path toward a common destiny.

Greyson manages to paint wonderfully visual pictures with words, and the spicy scenes were hot without being overly graphic. I want to reread this book to sink into the details, since the first time I raced through to learn what happens with Hannah and Taggart! Feb 27, A Voracious Reader a. Carol rated it really liked it Shelves: Taggart de Gaelson is her assigned protector. Many worlds, including Earth, depend on his methods to overcome her stubbornness. Will she be persuaded? What happens when both answers are yes? I really enjoyed this story! Smooth-flowing, great story concept, wonderful world and interesting characters.

I had a hard time putting it down. Excuse me…I must go find more books by Maeve Greyson.
