Your first port of call is probably an off-shore company which offers the drilling apprentice role. Maersk is a good start, but there are plenty of other off-shore drilling companies out there which offer similar opportunities: It sounds like you already have a lot of experience in offshore work, so you probably have most if not all of the requirements for further offshore work.
