As I said to Gina, I usually try to find a dress with sleeves. Otherwise, it gets too complicated. I love this post — great information. I would like to see one about what to wear over a cocktail or evening gown inside. A few entire outfits would be fun to look at too. Yeah, I hear ya. I usually opt for a dress with sleeves and then wear a coat because it is so cold here. Last year I wore this: First and foremost, I am so sorry you are in so much pain, and think you have a dry socket. That is no fun! I will say an extra prayer for you!

Lots of pretty options. I invested in a winter white wool coat when I was still working, and had more cocktail parties and events to attend. That coat still looks good. A dress coat in a classic style and neutral color can last a long time. I love this one and the price is fantastic. I love this site for reasonably priced casual clothing. This cape ison my list. This is a good roundup of outer wear for dressy occasions. I have options in my closet to cover any event that comes up. I would like a tuxedo that is feminine that I can wear with heels and statement earrings. It would be a nice change from a dress. Like you, we have cold winters and I hate being cold. Do you have any ideas? I always go for the shawl look, but I live in the South. My daughter has a very cute fur wrap that she wore in a wedding, super cute. Jolynne, could you do a post about nylons and dresses? I usually wear knee high boots with dresses in the winter, but I was wondering if there is something else out there that is stylish and fashionable other than boots for those of us that have to wear dresses in the winter?

So if you're on the shorter side, you will absolutely need to hem them. They are so soft and the waistband can easily go from size 0 to 18 I'm guessing. I purchased the 3xl and i wear a size I love these pants too sweet!!! I was hesitant to buy as there were no reviews. I went with an XL I'm lbs and normally wear a size 12 in pants and glad I did. Figuring out the wrap was the "hardest part" but once I got it wrapped this fit perfectly. Very flowy and comfortable. I'm wearing this to a festival in a week and so excited! These are high waisted as well I'm 5'7 and these come up high waisted where I can wear a crop top and not have my whole stomach showing.
These are definitely worth the money! My wife ordered them as casual or lounge pants. They look very good on her. She says they are somewhat complex to put on, but they are comfortable. These are my new favorite pants! I'm 5'4" and they fall just above my ankle -- shorter than what the photo shows. The fabric is light weight and perfect for sweltering summers.

I had to return them. Columbia Mighty Lite Hooded Jacket. Bought this for our trip from FL to Iceland. The jacket is very light in weight so it packed easily. It's great for blocking high winds, rain and cold weather. The casual look goes well with jeans and you can dress it up with a scarf for evenings.
