I have travelled many countries but no where they treat the customer like this.. I check out at 12 hours brought my luggage to lobby waited for two hours till my check in at 2 pm to get new room. Staff, cleanliness, beds, toilets, carpet rec. They could improve a lot the facilities and rooms, already old and smelly, furniture old.
Should be careful for the bed sheets I had with holes. Could improve more the cleanless in the room, the floor was dirty. Close to metro and the VDNH exhibitions. A little bit to long queue for registration - Miss Map of Hotel. Kindness of all Staff - availibility. Everything about the hotel. Needs a big face-lift. Terrible smell coming from the drains and affecting the big entrance area.

Service was nice, the person who helped with laguage was excellent. The location is great and there is a beautiful view from the front of the hotel Erik, Israel. Lots of variety in breakfast. The breakfast buffet has one of the widest selections of food of any hotel I've stayed in, and the accommodations are simple but clean and comfortable.
