The Blake at Taos Ski Valley. The lobby of the Blake is not what you would expect. I went in July. It is mostly nice and cool at this altitude but very little ventilation in rooms.

Ceiling fan was no help as it mainly blows air out of the room The Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. We felt like the lobby was a living room. Needs major overhaul of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. Needs new mattress in rooms. Needs new locks on doors. Old motel that never reinvested in itself. The cabins are furnished very nicely, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Horseshoe Motel and Cabins. The owner was very helpful. They gave us a military discount. The shower and the beds were great.
