Even a glossary of sanskrit and HOW to pronounce them, which is something I have never seen before. There are variations for all levels from someone who wants a lighter practice to someone who wants to deepen the expression of the pose. I love the many variations offered and the anatomy. It's all in this book.

It even includes the Doshas and Malas, includes information on the business side, sample forms and more. I have spent thousands of dollars putting together my program. Had a found this manual, which is an amazing gem, I would have been able to save thousands of dolllars, spent more time with my practice and family and to my trainees. I can verbally teach, yet writing a manual and having the many amazing photos is something I'm not good at.

This manual is A 1 and I'm so glad to have it. More than a 5 star rating. Lot's of work put into this book, but I found it a bit to crowded and not easy to overall follow. One person found this helpful. A well-crafted manual that addresses all aspects of the practice of yoga.

Whether beginner or well-seasoned student or teacher the information presented by Jennifer is clear and concise. I don't care for this, she claims it is her work, but it is really John Friends work, and she is putting her name on it, I returned the book, There are better books, Injury Free Yoga by Steven Weiss is a better choice, also Judith Lasater, 30 essential yoga poses. Also I love Rodney Yee.

All are better then this in my opinion. As a former student of Jennifer Lynn's, I was so excited to learn she has written a training manual. One of the things I miss most about having moved from Maui is Jennifer Lynn's wonderful yoga classes and teachings. She is an exceptional instructor and inspirational practitioner.

Many famous yoga teachers have amazing physical practices but I have rarely come across a teacher who, not only has an amazing practice, but makes her practice attainable to her students and a teacher who is able to explain so much about each pose. I leave Jennifer Lynn's classes with a sense of having been educated, inspired and expanded, intellectually and physically.

She shows the attention to detail and analytical skill of a scientist with the lyrical sense of a poet and artist. Her training manual will be the next best thing to being with Jennifer Lynn in person and a wealth of clear, concise information and inspiration to all yoga enthusiasts. Thank you Jennifer Lynn! Jennifer Lynn's Wisdom Flow Yoga Teacher Training Manual is an essential tool for evolving yoga instructors, whether in their first or 20th year of teaching.

Jennifer's descriptions of postures and alignment make these concepts easy to grasp, but no less inspiring. Jennifer Lynn has the unique gift of making basic anatomical and movement information alive and exciting, and most importantly, relevant to human challenges and motivation, beyond the physical. As a physical therapist I find her references to human anatomy and physiology accurate, and feel confident recommending this manual as an excellent guide to yoga teachers who are serious about understanding proper alignement, as well as its application to the greater realm of yogic philosophy.
