I could tell he had had a long day, and was probably overworked, but he was very attentive, detailed and charming. Made me feel relaxed after my long journey to Prague and gave lots of advice about tours and exploring the city. Give those guys at the reception a raise or something, because despite the obviously long hours they are working, their service remains top notch - morning or night.

Easily the friendliest service I received throughout my entire stay in Europe here. I would recommend this place to my friends and family spending time in Prague. The neighborhood is also quite and beautiful. The pressure accelerator in water system was a bit noisy. I do not remember anything else. The room was silent against that it was next to the elevator. The outside view was almost nothing but who want to look through the window when can be outdoor in the town. Cleaning service and shower temperature was ok. Allocation is perfect to the old town.

Books at the stair way was quite spectacular idea. Receptionist was nice and polite. Nice clean modern room, spacious. I highly recommend this hotel who any one passing by Prague. Parking garage about a 20 walk away. Great service, room, and breakfast. The price was a but higher than the quality of the room.

It is too small. The staff was good! Comparing to other offers, this hotel is very expensive. It is close to down town. It was clean and quiet and housekeeping was fine.

No jug for boiling water. The furnishings need serious updating, like pillows, TV, curtains, bedspread. It would make a big difference. The room size was excellent. Not enough pillows can't sleep on one need two pillows. Too warm in room. Bacon and sausages too greasy. Nice breakfast plenty choices. Lack of a kettle in bedroom. The location was very good and the staffs were very friendly and helpful.
