I liked the demonstration of effective planning that combines Disney if you can dream it you can do it and Field of Dreams build it and they will come with pragmatic and technologically proven urban design. This book should be required reading for all in city and state government positions of planning as well as for boards of directors committed to improving the cities where their workers are employed. It offers hope in a lot of ways, whether about climate change, energy independence, urban renewal, employment solutions, or waste management.
