We cannot give a stronger recommendation for NZ Coach tours. Very good hotels and dinners. Words are not enough! Thank you for everything! From first enquiring about my trip from U. Whilst I had organised my flight to stay with friends and relatives, I wanted to experience as much of South Island as possible.

Sarah responded to my enquiry. She was most helpful, suggesting a route for me. Everything was arranged so that I could have quality time in places. Accommodation was booked, coach trips booked. Apart from the heli flight being cancelled due to poor weather, everything was perfect. I met some wonderfully interesting folk along the way. I have had another holiday of a lifetime.

Excellent tour efficiently arranged by Louise. Our driver Rachael was very knowledgeable and helpful. Mary is the best tour director possible, the highest ranking. Ricky is a a careful driver and very helpful. Ten plus out of ten for Mary and Ricky. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our Best of the North tour on her spring break from Uni in Melbourne.

We both got a good appreciation for rural life in New Zealand and she is thinking of returning next year to visit the south island. My husband and I had a wonderful time. The tour was well organized, informative and educational, and yet not tiring. Thanks Brigett for organizing this for us. I must say that I was totally pleased with the tour right from the start at Auckland Airport where the Supershuttle was waiting for me.

I was in contact with Louise Barrett, who was very responsive and helpful in choosing the right tour and booking suitable type of accommodation for me. I must say that I was impressed how well everything worked out, especially as I have booked the tour while travelling in Australia on a very short notice less than one week before it has started and was staying just for few days in NZ. I would recommend New Zealand Coach Tours to my friends and hope to have a chance to use this company service again in the future. An absolutely fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone.

We will be back to do the North Island with Grand Pacific! Chelsea was very helpful in every step of the way. I made some mistakes and changes because I was so busy with work but she addressed them and smoothly. Wouldn't have done this trip efficiently if it weren't for her. Needless to say, the North was breathtaking. Looking forward to see the South with Chelsea's help again! I enjoyed myself very much. Tania our tour guide was very professional and caring.

A special thanks to Jane too for arranging everything for me. Thank you for your excellent service it made the whole planning and booking service extremely easy. My wife and I enjoyed the tour very much. We had a wonderful time in Auckland we walked a lot, travelled a lot and ate a lot. The instructions you gave us and from the driver were clear and easy to follow especially for us whose mother language is not English.

We saw much more than we expected too and especially loved seeing the dolphins on our harbour cruise. It was worth every dollar we spent and we will recommend you to all our friends. See you in NZ next time we come! Your prompt and efficient service was very much appreciated! Had a great trip overall- met some lovely people and our driver David Underwood was competent, knowledgeable and good company.

Loved the Ultimate Coach concept and will be unlikely to travel any other way in a coach!! New Zealand was the star, without a doubt! Thank you Sarah for doing a sterling job on my recent "Taste of the South Island" tour which went wonderfully well. Highlight was the helicopter scenic flight over Lake Tekapo and all the friendly, mainly Australians on board.

Was very memorable, including the rather too early starts some days at 6 a. Food was wonderful and accommodation very nice. Thanks again for your enthusiasm in making my booking and trip go without a hitch. I was glad to pre-check that the helicopter ride was covered by my insurance policy!!

I fully recommend this tour, along with the excursions at each destination.

Our holiday in NZ was memorable with so many highlights. Most of our accommodation was very good and their beds were very comfortable and warm. All our meals were outstanding with so much to choose from with their appetising menus. Our buses were very comfy and having alternate seating each day was a great idea. Our tour guide Chris was wonderful - very caring and did everything he could to please his passengers, nothing was a trouble and his attention to detail 2nd to none.

Your input and planning was excellent, there were no hiccups, all managers of our motels etc greeted and welcomed us on arrival at our destinations, keys and baggage available within minutes. We were not pressured to do optional tours, always our choice and our group were very happy, we met some delightful people, some of whom we will stay in touch with. Weather was great, bus was warm when it was coolish, as was our accommodation. The food and venue were a great surprise and it was just lovely.

I think I have just about covered it all. Thank YOU once again. Many thanks for organising our South Island Tour; it was amazing! The sights were spectacular, every day there was something breathtaking to see. We really enjoyed the coach drivers' vast and extensive knowledge of each area, they kept us very well informed and were extremely professional and careful drivers.

The accommodation was excellent and just what we needed; clean and spacious with helpful and friendly staff. It was certainly worth the trip but passengers were tired and seemed to feel there were too many hours on the coach. We had a wonderful time, everything ran like clockwork, timings were adhered to and all itinerary was kept to as stated in our programme; very stress free! I would like to take the opportunity to thank you personally for being so helpful, efficient and accommodating with our booking, for keeping us well informed and updated and helping to make our trip so memorable.

I would certainly recommend your company to others! I had a wonderful experience with Chelsea organising my trip. As a first time solo traveler, Chelsea put my mind at ease, and organised everything for me that i had ask for from transport to and from the airport and tours i wanted to do. She answered all my quires promptly and professionally and i found her very approachable and friendly. I will book through New Zealand coaches again, thanks again: Amanda Dalgleish was our Agent and she was so professional and helpful.

She helped us a lot during our trip. Originally we were to have started our trip on 17 September, but there was a big typhoon that reached landfall in Hong Kong on the start date. We were lucky to have Amanda helping us and she re-arranged all our schedule so we could arrive a bit later and continue our NZ holiday. Well, we are just about to leave for Melbourne. I wanted to thank you for organising such a wonderful trip for,the four of us.

Our drivers were all wonderful, friendly, and so knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. Our driver, Alan, from Iconic, was especially lovely, and we have left a comment on trip advisor about that. I hope we visit again one day. Jackie, Jemma, Jai and Jazmin. My girlfriend and I enjoyed a 9 day Tour organised by Suzanne Barber, all we can say is good things about her and the tour. She organised for us to be collected from Wellington and begin our tour after the New Zealand Vs South Africa rugby match. We wanted to see the sights of the scenic south island but were quite restricted time wise with when and what we wanted to see.

She also organised a session in private hot pools and a buffet dinner up in Queenstown with the Skyline Restuarant up the Gondola. Hi Natalie, We had a great time. We had a great group of people on the tour and made many new friends. We had two every good drivers and a very good tour guide. Thank you for recommending Grand Pacific, great company to travel with,so attentive to everyone's needs.

Thank you Sheryl Reynolds. Hi - Ben was great- kept me updated as to tour changes. He made it all very simple and easy! The tour was fabulous - very well run - big thanks to Phil our tour director and his driver who both made the trip easy, informative and fun. Our 3 day TranzAlpine Tour which we started on 12 September was excellent and lived up to all our expectations. The train journey was most enjoyable with its large viewing windows, scenery, excellent cafe and commentary.

Our bus journey from Greymouth to Franz Josef and our hour long stop in Hokitika enjoyable. We stayed at the Scenic Hotel in Franz Josef for the two nights which was lovely with excellent room, breakfasts and facilities. Even tho it rained heavily in the afternoon and night we managed to walk up to the glacier in the morning. We enjoyed wandering round the small town with its great views of the mountains and bush.

Our journey the next day in a luxury bus was great with the driver stopping at three or four scenic spots to view both the mountains and the rugged West Coast and with the driver giving a most interesting commentary right thru to our destination in Queenstown. All in all it was a great - and even though we were staying in Queenstown for only three nights we were caught up in the closing of the airport with snow and ended up staying an extra two nights which was an added bonus.

Also Ben McKay was great to deal with whilst I was planning our trip. Leonie and Tracy Broe. We had a delightful time during our tour of New Zealand. Christina Brockie was a joy to work with and provided excellent customer service. We were able to see most of New Zealand in 9 days, without feeling stressed! We have memories for a lifetime! We had a fabulous time on the 5 day southern alps tour. Everything went to plan including the weather Overall, the tour was a good experience.

The hotels and meals were excellent, better than our expectation. Tour director was very knowledgeable and the driver did a great job. We had a great time and the arrangements all worked out well. The details and the numbers to ring were great. Over all we really enjoyed the experience and my husband had his 70 birthday in Queenstown so quite memorable. Thanks for organising the trip it was very hassle free. Thank you for all your help with our tour. We particularly enjoyed staying at Blue Peaks in Queenstown, great atmosphere, good view, very clean and comfortable.

Milford and its surrounds are always memorable. The coach driver on this route must have an excellent attention span and driving skills. While commentaries throughout the tour were great, perhaps some of us would appreciate if head phones were fitted. Scenic train ride another beautiful highlight to wrap up the journey. Overall we had a very enjoyable and fun trip. Thank you very much once again. Thanks for a great 5 day South Island Tour 10thth Aug Above the great sights and the scenic beauty of the South Island which we thoroughly enjoyed , the tour organisation and all the arrangements were of the highest standard and every item on the itinerary were "right on time" , the coaches and the drivers were great In terms of the Itinerary everything worked out perfect.

On behalf of Vicki and myself I want to thank you for putting together such an incredibly wonderful holiday for us. The accommodation, the transfers, the coach trips and the train trips were all perfect and we loved everything we did. We also appreciated the tour documentation pack you left at our first hotel as it was thorough and informative and combined with the commentary from the various drivers on our trip added to our enjoyment while traveling.

Vicki and I chose a great time to visit your beautiful country and we look forward to returning there in the not too distant future, at which time we will be sure to explore another of your amazing tour packages. Let's start in the beginning. We had a couple of questions in our minds concerning tour dates and of course the payment.

Salli Smith was super helpful and every time when we contacted her she replied immediately and every time with a really professional but lovely answer. Then our trip started and it was just awesome. To see NZ with all it's variety and attractions was really stunning and the weather was perfect. The whole process was really easy as well. So summing up - a really great and professional experience from our agents Salli and Emma, thanks so much for that and just an amazing tour. We'll definitely recommend this agency to our friends and colleges here in Germany and overseas.

Thanks so much and hope to catch you soon. Loved the tour that was put together for me. Great company that worked with the limited duration of my trip and ensured I saw all the areas of this beautiful country that I wanted to enjoy exploring. Anyone going to NZ this is the company I always refer people to. Great product, great service, and what a way to see New Zealand. I will be contacting you again in the future.

My sincere thanks Suzanne for the itinerary you put together for my tour of Northland. The very comfortable coach journey had an informative and enjoyable commentary. I found the day trips were excellent and your arrangements for my pickups all went with ease. As a senior solo traveler I so appreciated that I was obviously listened to and therefore my holiday was really great.

I will definitely be contacting you again for your services. Just passing on a big thank you to you and your team for putting together a lovely holiday. The accommodation in both Queenstown and Franz Josef was both warm and comfortable with everything we needed.

I was also very impressed with how well everyone stuck to timetables - buses arrived when they should've and departed the same. We have already been recommending your company to our family and friends. As Kiwis we felt very proud of the high level of service that was provided along the way. Once again thank you for support and recommendations. On the whole I had a fun time and had great weather. Going it alone for the holiday was ok too.

Thanks for your help, prompt responses and constant reassurance. All the tour arrangements and hotel were perfect. We still had some free and easy time to explore the place by our own. Shelley, our agent, was very helpful and accommodating to all our requests, especially for the last minute additional tour that we requested. Overall, we had a great journey exploring New Zealand and it is really an awesome place to visit.

Thanks for the great service, Shelley! My experience with Nisse was wonderful and stress free, before booking my trip I was worried how will my trip go since I was travelling alone with my son 11 years old. When Nisse contacted me and we went through what exactly I needed I felt all my worries were handled by Nisse, she made sure my itinerary was tailored made accordingly to our needs, she took care of everything and gave us the best excursions, hotels and time to relax. The hotel was good and so close to all the trip which I had to take. I must say this holiday was very well arranged.

Thank you Nisse, you are excellent in what you do and all my trips I will definitely want to go through you since you are the best. Our Grand Pacific Holiday was really great. Most of the planned trips were really good. The tour guide and coach drivers were also excellent. All in all would definitely recommend - thank you.

My family and I had planned for a trip to NZ to spend my dad's 70th Birthday and we were initially with another tour operator but they last minutely decided to cancel on us and in a frantic mode, I started googling NZ tours on my way to work one morning and that's how I came across New Zealand Coach Tours. I gave them a call, told them my situation and Christina, who was our tour agent, immediately planned and arranged an itinerary that suited our needs and flexibility, changing and tweaking itineraries to cater to our preferences.

I am so impressed with her service that I'm here writing a feedback for them and recommending them if you are looking for a tour operator to help plan your trip to New Zealand. Every question that I had, she replied in detailed and promptly. Very helpful and was always there to help you and make the best out of your trip. I'm based in Australia and I remember ringing her one day but she immediately offered to ring me back so that I don't have to pay for international calling fee, so that's how thoughtful and great her service is.

A small gesture like that makes a difference with your experience in dealing with tour agents! Very happy and satisfied with New Zealand Coach Tours and their services. The trip arranged by Brigett was really great and we enjoyed it so much! Although the weather when we arrived in Franz Josef Glacier was not good, we got a very decent hotel room and I spared a relaxing and warm time with my family!

The service by Great Sights was really great and Peter was so informative and nice! Apart from that, all the tickets and room were well reserved by Brigett and I just needed to print out the documents and showed it to the driver or reception. All the transportation was arranged in a perfect way and it really saved us a lot in planning. We were lucky to book the trip through Erynn. She was very helpful and made it very easy for us to chalk out the whole trip. She even helped us with our itinerary after the trip.

Our trip was great. We felt welcomed by the whole crew. Again thanks to Erynn for making this experience enjoyable and memorable. We had a wonderful holiday as planned and booked by you Christina. All the arrangements went like clockwork, the bookings were all in place, the inclusions without any hassles and the pickup arranged were on schedule. The hotels were up to standard, the hotel and tour staff polite, efficient and friendly.

We had a truly memorable holiday. Thank you for the excellent arrangements. The weather was also perfect which added to the experience. All of our tours were great, especially Milford Sound and Queenstown, Skippers Canyon and the Shotover jet boat ride were well worth the money. Many thanks to all involved. Thank you Christina for saving us in a dilemma.

THE CAP OF INVISIBILITY, 1973, USSR, cartoon, (with ENGLISH subtitles)

You booked such a fantastic tour for us in less than 3 hours and every single place you sent us was more wonderful than the place before. The drivers were so knowledgeable and polite. Our hotels were lovely except Cotswold was just adequate. It needs sprucing up a little but the activities you booked were great and the planning and time management for our short 11 day trip to NZ was seamless. We didn't waste any time "waiting" and our time usage was perfect.

I am referring you to my friends and hope to come back to NZ again. Thanks for your quick response to our request.

Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves! (Video ) - IMDb

We both had the pleasure of staying at some lovely hotels with excellent facilities and have just seen so many wonderful places on this tour which we will never forget. With all our very best wishes. The local drivers with their local knowledge and humour were brilliant, keeping us on track to enjoy the 2 weeks and have a great time meeting the others on the tour. The additional offerings were well matched to what we like and the inclusions were largely suitable. We had an amazing time on our trip. It was organised to perfection by Lauren, and everything was as easy as it could be.

Great bunch of people in our group, and the driver and tour guide were good fun and informative. Heather was very accommodating. She answered all my enquiries even if sometimes it was not related to the tour itself. As for the tour, we all enjoyed the itinerary she prepared. We were able to explore the different aspects of New Zealand comfortably.

The tour was very well organised. All the pick-up and drop offs were on time. Went with clock-work precision.

Hi Erynn, the coach tour was fantastic! The coaches were clean, comfortable and the drivers were kind. I want to join New Zealand Coach Tours again. We loved every minute. Our tour guide did an excellent job. Trip organization was seamless; from the moment we landed in Auckland and were picked up to be taken to the hotel, to the moment our driver in Christchurch not only took us to the airport, but grabbed both our suitcases and shepherded us to exactly the right counter inside the terminal, we were fully taken care of.

This was an amazing trip, and I just wish you and Grand Pacific would open equivalent tours all over the world. Thank you so much for the role you played in making this all happen. You were our first contact, and you made such a good first impression. We are so glad we booked with you.

Go ahead and publish whatever part of this you want. Lauren, thank you so much for all your help organizing such a great trip. Everything worked out great, we loved the whole experience.

Filmography

Everyone was fantastic, from the drivers to tour guides to hotel agents to the airline agents. Your detail description of our itinerary was extremely helpful. Will highly recommend your company to friends. Again thank you so much. From the first moment of stepping onto the bus I loved every minute of our tour. It was superbly organized and ran very smoothly. I especially liked some of the outings which were organized for us as well as the many options offered.

We saw a marvelous variety of scenery, bush, towns and the very many sea inlets and outlets and the Trans-Alpine was fabulous with a sprinkling of snow to wish us on our way. Breakfasts and dinners were always welcome and we had a good selection to choose from and accommodation always sparkling clean. All in all I found this a wonderful way to get a good overall view of NZ and it has whetted my appetite for more! Hi Lauren, Thank you so much for all your help organizing such a great trip. Again thank you so much Darcy.

Everything was organized like clockwork and the Grand Pacific's 9 day Northern Spectacular was an excellent tour. The hotels and included meals were of a very high standard. The itinerary was interesting and our tour guide and driver gave us lots of information along the way. We all had a great time. Hi Christina, Just a short note to thank you for making our fantastic New Zealand holiday possible. We enjoyed every minute of our time in Middle Earth. The airport and train transfers were on time. She even drove us around Queenstown for orientation and pointed out interesting spots and shortcuts from the hotel to the town centre.

We're so glad you chose it as our base as it is such a beautiful place. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and conveniently located. In fact, wherever we looked was picturesque! Thoroughly enjoyed our trip down south with the highlight being Milford Sound. A fine, clear day so we could enjoy the magnificence of the Sound. We were fortunate enough to see a large pod of dolphins as we went out into the Tasman Sea and seals on the rocks with a baby Blue Penguin to boot!

Coach drivers were excellent and accommodation was good. Punga Lodge at Franz Joseph was the standout. We will be back next year to complete the top half of the South Island after lots of great memories. Sue was 'white knuckles' going into the Shotover but thoroughly enjoyed the jet boat and would now do it again! Kind regards and our thanks for a great trip. The trip was well organised. Drivers were good, punctual and going up to Paihia, informative.

The weather on day 1 was heavy rain but didn't stop us doing anything. The guide at the Treaty Grounds was full of information but delivered it very quickly and at the same time as we were trying to see the houses and read what was on the walls, so I couldn't take it in. Gathering the group together at the start and giving us info first and then letting us sander round would have been more helpful for me. The mini bus guide in Russell was excellent. Day 2 to cape Reinga and 90 mile beach was excellent. I loved the Cape and found it a moving experience.

Watching others sand boarding was fun. The Hole in the Rock cruise was excellent. And we were dropped off in Russell so gave me the chance to see it in the sunshine. The ride back to Auckland was good. My motel accommodation was adequate and clean. The proprietors were friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience. I did feel it was rather expensive although I don't normally book organised tours so hard to compare. But it was great to have everything organised. We had a good time with the itinerary that Annelise has put together.

Our schedule was really packed and hectic. We saw, did and walked a lot. If we did not have to sit in the one of those Great Sights coaches on different days probably totaling approximately 2 - 3 days in this whole itinerary, we felt those hours could be better spent at sight-seeing at smaller attractions instead.

The Greymouth Train back to Christchurch was scenic - but prepare for another long day of riding though. The accommodations were comfortable, but I have to say the one in Mount Cook chalet was unexpected as it was a fair walking distance from the main Hermitage hotel drop off. The chalet location was hard to find - there were no signs or lightning along the path and definitely was frustrating as we had to walk in the rain back to the main hotel to ask directions again.

But having said that after all we've gone through finding the chalet; the positive outcome was the hotel manager who felt bad for us upgraded our existing chalet which was a blessing. In our opinion, the Rainforest Retreat at Franz Josef is by far the best accommodation of all - that's is only if you get the Deluxe Suite! That definitely made up for to the surprise when we were just dropped off at the foothills of the Franz Josef Glaciers and we had to hike 1 hour to the reach that glacier site when we thought we would be driven to actually see the glacier instead.

More walking - so better bring your hiking boots if you have signed-up for this particular mini-tour. The breakfasts at the Ibis Christchurch and Mount Cook were excellent. They have a wide-spread and be sure to fill-up as you will need all the energy to last you through the day if you did not pack lunch or dinner. The coaches will stop along the way so you can pick-up something, but if you are conscious of your budget and we have to say the food in NZ are expensive!

One last comment is the Nomad Safari tour - you will definitely get to see some the Lord of the Rings sites and you also get to practice your sword skills as you drink tea and have a cookie that was packed and supplied with compliments from the tour agent's very own picnic basket in the one of the forest Overall, it was an adventure considering this being our first visit to South NZ Initially organising the tour with the brilliant assistance from Natalie DeCaro was made very easy.

Nothing was too much trouble for Natalie in spite of her having to deal with some very inclement weather during the organising period. We both thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The coach crew were very helpful, entertaining and knowledgeable in all aspects of the country travelled through, the attractions to visit and the history of the country. John Crummey did his utmost to accommodate everyone's wishes and he was always very pleasant and cheerful.

The coach driver, Geoff Painter, was an excellent driver. Never rushed and very safe. One always felt comfortable knowing Geoff was at the controls. Our accommodation was very good with very few problems. We did have difficulty with gettting a room with a walk-in shower. It wasn't arranged until the penultimate night. Carol was unable to access the showers located over the tubs which made life more difficult than necessary. Our disappointment came from knowing that other people in our group had walk-in showers but did not have the mobility problems that Carol had and she needed the walk-in shower.

We were very happy with the standard of accommodation throughout the journey. The included attractions were, for the most part, very good. The TranzAlpine Express experience was most enjoyable. One of the highlights for us was the jet boat ride on the Haast River. We loved it all including the sing song on the return journey on the TSS Earnslaw.

We felt that following the dinner we were rushed a bit to go to the sheep dog show. More time for a coffee following the meal would have been appreciated. The meal at the station was really good. At Te Anau I went on the glow worm cave tour. That was a great experience.

Our trip to Milford Sound was good. We were lucky to have good weather that day and, in fact, for most of the trip. At no stage did the weather interfere with our planned activities. Would have liked more time in Dunedin. Looked a very interesting city We were taken to Larnach Castle which was quite interesting but the stairs made it too much of a challenge for some people.

We would have preferred to have the opportunity to do a short rail journey from Dunedin along the coast. There was a 90 minute journey available but it was just not possible with our timings. The Haggis Ceremony was a lot of fun and we enjoyed that as a lead up to dinner.

The accommodation at Twizel was very good despite our expectations of mediocre accommodation suggested perhaps jokingly by our tour guide. The trip to Mount Cook was great. We were lucky to see the mountain clear of cloud and we really enjoyed seeing the snow caps on the mountain and adjacent peaks. On our return to Christchurch we were taken on a tour of the CBD. A number of tour participants had arrived in Christchurch prior to the commencement of the tour and had already done their own tour of the city.

Perhaps an alternative arrangement could be offered to people who had already done this aspect of the tour. All in all it was a most enjoyable tour. We were well looked after by the coach staff, the coach was extremely comfortable and the accommodation was very good. I would not hesitate in recommending a similar tour to anyone wishing to have an overview of the South Island.

A great experience and thanks to all who made it possible. All the links worked like clockwork. We would certainly recommend you company's services to anyone. We both loved the tour, but unfortunately I was quite sick the week before we left and perhaps I should have inquired whether we could defer the holiday for a while until I had recovered more. In any event both the Coach Captain Lindsay Ferguson and the Tour Guide Dave Taylor made sure that I was well taken care of during the tour, plus all the other guests looked out for me too.

We liked all the of the hotels we stayed in except for the Sudima Lake at Rotorua where there was no disabled room available nor was there a grab rail or shower stool I had to take a chair from the balcony into the shower, the hotel is somewhat tatty and old not at all disabled friendly I would not like to stay there again. We loved the Scenic Hotel at Piahia I think that was our favourite hotel, windows and door to open large room big disabled bathroom we just loved it. Also liked the Copthorne at Solway Park Wairarapa it also had door opening to a small semi private courtyard overlooking the outdoor pool where you could sit in the quiet cool evening.

Sky City in Auckland was also very good though I couldn't cope with the room decor black net curtains and black drapes, dark furniture and dark grey carpet left me feeling somewhat claustrophobic but the amenities were great. The food in all the hotels was very good and the prearranged tours were well thought out as were the optional tours.

All in all we did enjoy our holiday with Grand Pacific the whole tour was well thought out and put together the accommodation was great with the exception of the Sudima Lake at Rotorua. We would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience a great tour of New Zealand's North Island. The tour I did was wonderful. I enjoyed New Zealand very much as it was 43yrs since I was last there.

I have just come back and want to thank you very much for all the effort you have into making this tour a memorable experience for me. First let me thank you that you made my late transfer due to a flight change from Christchurch to the hotel possible. Second thank you for helping me through Dominic find the perfect tour for me. I received a vast knowledge and insight into New Zealand which will stay in my memory for all times. Thank you very much again and I will definitely recommend you and your travel agency to my friends at home and in Australia. Really enjoyed my trip to New Zealand, it is such a beautiful country with amazing scenery and friendly people.

Many thanks to Christina at New Zealand Coach Tours, our trip all went to plan, the coaches were always on time and the motels were very clean and well equipped. The drivers on all the coaches were very informative and very friendly. I plan to come back to New Zealand in the future and would use this company again to plan my trip.

Hi Erynn, We wanted to let you know that our trip was wonderful and we can not thank you enough for your input and your attention to detail. Everything worked out extremely well — the coaches comfortable, the drivers Warren and Greg great, the accommodation and food to our liking. Both islands are beautiful and the people most friendly. The weather was very kind including a smooth ferry trip from Picton to windy Wellington. We were also very fortunate that the 48 passengers we started with were most compatible so it made things easier for all. We would recommend your company to others as we were most satisfied.

Thanks again to you personally, Regards, Ian Wesche. Well satisfied with all booking arrangements, all carried out in a very professional manner and went through with out a hitch. Regarding the tour I must first compliment both coach captains Alex and Kevin also tour guide Brian who all contributed in making the trip so memorable. They had a wealth of knowledge on the history and culture of the Islands which they shared with us throughout the tour with quite a few jokes and interesting stories. All hotels were up to standard except the Heritage Gateways at Omarama which had badly stained carpets in the room and the meals were just adequate, others in the group commented on this issue.

Despite some early starts and long travelling times in the coach I thoroughly enjoyed the whole tour, each day was so varied regarding terrain, scenery and places of interest. Hard to chose highlights of the tour but my four favourite locations would have to be Queenstown, Fox Glacier, Rotorua loved the gondola ride and breakfast at the Skyline followed by a luge ride and the thrill of a optional Mount Tarawera Volcano flight and landing via Helicopter and finally two night of relaxation at the Bay of Islands.

Wanted to thank you and Grand Pacific for such a wonderful trip on our first visit to New Zealand. You were an excellent point of contact for our day to day questions and that was important. We felt the value received for the cost of the tour was very good and the details of the trip were well arranged. I have already suggested this tour company to a friend and will not be hesitant to do it again. We were fortunate with good weather which no one can control but it did make the trip more pleasant.

Beautiful country with nice people and we are so glad we made the choice to visit. Thank you for your part in this trip. Dick and Donna Gement. Hi Christina Our trip was one to remember in a very positive way. The hotels we stayed at were very good all round and the meals were of a very high standard.

Our travel director Susie Ferkins was amazing. She knew her job very well and made the whole trip so enjoyable. Her very professional and well organised approach plus her fun attitude was the icing on the cake. Also the Driver Guide Monica Buergi was excellent. We felt very relaxed and safe with her driving style. She was hard working with the luggage as well. Great assets Susie and Monica are to the company. The only part of the tour that was a bit wasteful was a stop at The Makarora Country Cafe just before Cromwell. This place was overcrowded, nothing to see or do and they ran out of food.

Other people in our group were complaining about this. It meant that we had very little time in Arrowtown which we all loved. An extra hour or two there would have been better. I think because we are Kiwis they enjoyed talking with us and finding out more about NZ. Over all our trip was wonderful, well constructed and prepared.

From a New Zealanders point of view you were turning our overseas companions into raptures. A friend and I have just returned from a most enjoyable 10 day tour of the South Island organised by Grand Pacific Tours which we arranged via Louise Barrett. We were most impressed with the way the tour was structured, the attention to detail, the personalities and expertise of both the our guide and driver not to mention the friendliness and support we received at all times from others mainly Australians on the tour. Obviously we would have liked to have lingered longer at certain places like Arrowtown and Geraldine but we understood why this was not possible.

Murray Jenkin and Marie Thomas. Thank you for organising this tour for us. Everything went well, all pickups where on time and arrivals were on time too. By the time we were dropped at the car park by the glacier there was not enough time to walk to the glacier and back to catch the last van back to Franz Josef.

Otherwise everything went perfectly well. Hi Joanna this email finds us both well and very refreshed from our lovely holiday. We cannot speak highly enough of New Zealand, the people, the scenery and our wonderful, wonderful coach trip. It was everything and more than we expected. The accommodation, meals and hospitality at all the hotels was exceptional. The excursions were an added bonus and our coach driver Steve a real star.

Thank you again for all your help in organising this trip. I can honestly say I have never been so looked after from the start to finish! You are courteous, knowledgeable and very aware that these holidays are very important to the persons booking them. You can rest assured I will and have already recommended yourself and the company to family and friends!!!

Sheila and David Reed, extremely satisfied customers. Beautiful country and beautiful trip Next year my daughter and her family will visit New Zealand I hope that the family group will receive it with some benefits and discounts. We really enjoyed the trip and the efforts not only of our guides but those of Salli Smith. That said, I suspect for future vacations we'll be perhaps a bit less 'tour' oriented and more 'vacation' oriented. For our entire journey there were something like a dozen 'changes of base': Honolulu -- 2 nights Sydney - 1 night Cairns -- 3 nights Melbourne -- 8 nights Auckland -- 3 nights Bay of Islands -- 2 nights Auckland night Rotorua -- 2 nights Napier -- 1 night Wellington - 2 nights National Park nights Waikoloa Village -- 6 nights That's a lot of unpacking and packing -- and the tour portion also entailed 6AM wake up calls.

This is not a complaint -- just that it was an ambitious travel plan. Future long trips for us will not have more than 6 base changes. That said we've lots of memories and my wife figures it will take a couple of months before she's finished editing out the thousands of pictures. Best parts of the New Zealand tour: I do think we will return to New Zealand in a few years -- but perhaps doing a different structure -- fewer stops and longer duration. Hi Emma, Thank You so much for arranging this wonderful trip for us. You did some magic to get us on this trip. Everyone on coach was from Australia except my husband and me were from USA miles away.

People were very friendly and made us feel at home. We needed special vegetarian diet and we enjoyed all the meals. The grand tour took very good care of us; right from pickup to drop off at the airport. It was wonderful experience. We loved the tour. I have been talking about You and beautiful New Zealand to everyone.

South New Zealand is very natural, gorgeous and scenic. All the hotels were good except Queensland. It was little bit outdated. Emma communicated with us all the time, prepared us and informed us about the trip. She is very patient, answered all our questions and returned our phone calls. I would recommend this tour team to my friend and family. My only wish is that this tour company offer tours in other countries.

Professional outfit making guests feel welcomed and cared for. Would recommend for elderly customers. I was happy with the selected hotels because they were folksy or allowed us to stay in some smaller towns where they're weren't fancier hotels. I hope travelers will be clear about the level of hotels they want. The coach captains Alex and Kevin made the tour great. We had flights to NZ booked and so had a specific time frame to fit in a tour.

Kelly at New Zealand Coach Tours was able to suggest tours that fitted our requirement, replying to my email requests very promptly each time I made changes. The coach captains were very friendly and knowledgeable. Having porterage at every hotel saved each guest from having to drag their cases to and from the coach each day. The breakfast provided every day always had plenty of choice, be it cooked or continental style. And having a 3-course evening meal almost every day saved having to go out and look for something in the locality.

Trips and experiences included in the package were excellent, some of them giving exclusive access before the public. There was also a good choice of optional experiences, I recommend the 1 hour tour of Russell as well as the Te Anau glow worm cave. The bus had plenty of leg room and I never felt uncomfortable. Seat rotation is an excellent idea. Perfect trip - everything worked like a dream. Not a rest though - on the coach for 8 o'clock most mornings but it is the hassle free way to see the whole country.

We took the Bay of Islands, Waitomo and Rotorua 6 day tour. Lauren Nevill, our agent through New Zealand coach tours was fantastic! A great and superbly organized tour. At every destination, hotel or attraction we had booked for the tour the people there were on time and had our names on their list. Considering that we had traveled from the US - half way 'round the world, it was very reassuring to have every detail attended to.

Thanks so much Lauren for arranging a great vacation in New Zealand for our little group! Hi Erynn, I just wanted to let you know that our vacation was incredible. What a beautiful country. We would go back in a heartbeat. I changed the batteries in my camera four times in ten days. Our guide, Marty, was absolutely wonderful. How he kept 48 people entertained all day, everyday for 10 days, is beyond me. When we come back, we want Marty again. We loved every inch of your country. It was a vacation of a lifetime. Thank you again, Erynn. My wife and I did the coast to coast 9 days South Island tour.

Since it was the Chinese New Year season accommodation was a problem. But Erynn Bell managed to change our itinerary to suit the accommodation. Instead of traveling from Christchurch to Dunedin our tour was reversed and we took the Trans Alpine train first to Greymouth.

This was a blessing as the train service was suspended for a few days after that due to the tropical cyclone that hit South Island during this period. Our accommodation throughout our stay in South Island was really good. The tour coaches were nice and clean and the drivers were knowledgeable and some were just fun to be with. I would use this tour company again if I decide to visit again.

Thank you Erynn Bell for the extra effort you took to get our itinerary rearranged. Heather Mullett was the best. She went above and beyond to help make this tour amazing for me. After 30 years of waiting for this experience, I wanted to see everything. All the planned activities were great, most the bus drivers were very nice, and the drivers were always on time.

I met some pretty amazing people on my 2 week journey!
