So seriously, thank you. Whatever happens tomorrow, thank you. If I have to do this again in July, I hope that none of you are on that thread because you passed this time around. Just woke up in a cold sweat, obviously fretting the bar exam. Why did we have to answer 3 questions involving constitutional rights We make up our own rules anyways and we do it in hopes every other state will follow. Tomorrow night I am getting drunk with Meaney and we are pissing on the roses in Edward's garden.
I feel like puking and have been sobbing since I got in the car. I know it is what it is, but wow. So glad to see I'm not the only person who thought those questions were brutal. I was able to narrow a lot down, but still they were tricky. NEwayzzz, fuck you guys. I'm gong to get drunk I'm sure I'll schmeigel my way back here tomorrow Good on evryone to get errr done tho. I really don't believe it. Good luck to you all and if you didn't pass don't be p and give up. The wait for NY has definitely given me the most anxiety I have ever experienced in my life!
The wait is by far worse than studying. Passed the Arizona Bar!!! I took the bar last July and did not pass. I thought this one was substantially more difficult and the questions more obscure.

For those who are waiting, I hope that you hear positive news too. This is most likely my last bar exam attempt, can't be medicating myself to this extent to try and pass a 5th time also been miserable at every law firm I worked at so far in litigation. I'm thinking of taking different career direction after this exam regardless of the outcome.
What should be the easy part of the exam, the MPT, is the part I scored the lowest go figure. Best of luck to everyone closing in on the exam. Is anyone else really worried about the essays? I've been doing practice runs, and I'm so incredibly slow on my first essay of a set. I'm also on the edge of passing on my self-graded essays, and on Barbri's graded essays as well. What can I do in the last week to improve my essays other just drilling through them and reading and trying to remember all of the rules from the model answers and outlines? I've seen people say they felt like they did a really bad job on the essays and still pass or still get a good score on them.
The problem is that Kentucky, where I'm sitting for the exam, grades the essay portion and the MBE separately, and you have to get a passing score on each to pass the exam. At this point I feel like the whole thing is a crapshoot that the MEE will hopefully test shit I actually know. I could pass with flying colors or fail miserably depending on what is tested. Throughout this entire process, I have demonstrated zero consistency in my practice testing.
I've never been able to tell if I am improving because I will do awesome one day and terribly the next. Must be nice to have all the resources and time in the world to write such a thorough answer. Hopefully there will be an essay question on the Nicole Simpson murder trial and maybe the Monty Hall problem cause that's what I've spent this morning reading about. Taking the bar for the 4th time And thank you all for keeping me sane throughout this entire process. What the fuck was that. I feel like I answered the questions pretty well, but at the same time when that happens it pretty much means I fucked up because i cant be feeling this zen after the essays.
I got fucked in essay for wills because i blanked on the stupid omitted spouse specific amount. But fuck me that probably wasnt even a thing to me tion in the essay. Finished 45 minutes early. Happy to know that I am not the only one who walked out of there feeling like shit. Sucks that we have to wait until May. My pacing fell apart.
The Last Bar Examination (2008)
Felt like I was on the ball, blinked, and then had 15 minutes for the last 10 questions. Quickly filled in "c" for the remaining questions, then triaged the ones with the shortest facts. Anyone else have this problem? I always had a few minutes to spare with Barbri questions, so I'm feeling like a kicked dog. Congratulations on surviving to most of you! For the rest of you, kick some ass Thursday morning! Lizard Vaccine Lizard Vaccine Man Could you imagine if you got arrested because someone broke into your house and gave cops reasonable consent to come in and they saw drugs.
Anyone using Barbri and noticing that some of the question sets are bullshit hard? Is there something I am missing on organization? I feel like I have a lot of information just running around in my head, I know a lot of things, but it's not organized in any nice way. Is this how everyone feels or am I missing some key step? Why is Barbri only telling me to take essays for the last week with the exception of a few mixed sets? Is anyone's psp like this as well? Also, I never got a the questions refresher when I originally had it planned a couple days ago.
Staring at essays and the CRM but nothing is happening in my brain. Hopefully when exam day pressure hits on Tuesday my brain will feel like functioning again. My 2 yo is obsessed with her paci and tag a ratty blanket. I feel like a pathetic loser.

I almost wrote nothing for the essays completely blanked out I just created a reddit account for the sole purpose of responding to this. As silly as it sounds, I keep reading those lists of incredibly smart and successful people who failed the bar multiple times. The MBE was both harmful and offensive as fuck. I could also add it was extreme and outrageous, at least the morning session. To everyone who made it through, congratulations! At least you showed up and finished it! Anyone having trouble getting started? I failed July by less than 10 points and can't find any motivation to study.
I'm feeling absolutely overwhelmed. As soon as I feel like I've mastered one subject, I barely recall another from a few weeks ago. Should I trust the process my bar review has outlined or do I need to supplement with additional multiple choice? At least I know where I'm strugglingthey just happen to be the most frequently tested subjects in each area so far. Is anyone else in a similar situation? What is your strategy? I wake up at 5: I get two hours during his long nap.
And then I have about hours of child care per day so that I can study. Cumulatively, I probably fit in hours per day. Is anyone else dealing with such a fragmented study schedule? I honestly have no idea how I have done so many mbe questions, and I am still mind blown by exceptions I totally missed. Here is my schedule starting this coming Monday until test day of course with different subjects every day: I've answered every single MBE question on the Studysmart software and still don't understand most of Property.
I don't even know anymore. The cool thing is this puppy is graded on a curve and if y'all seem just as hysterical and unprepared as me, maybe we're gonna be okay after all. For CrimPro, you basically have to memorize the exact language of the rules it seems. I'll chalk it up to last minute nerves, but damn all the confidence I had this morning just evaporated after reading over that shit.
I need to nip this in the bud fast Trusts barely looked over as well.
