How do I say It made the hair on my neck stand up in Spanish? I'd like to say it in this context: The horror film was so scary that it made hair in my neck stand up.

The best thing you can do is to copy the movements of the lips and pay attention to body language as a well of helping. Remember that most of our language is body language and it indicates a lot of what you are trying to say. In Mexico , there are not as many gestures and body movements but learning a few of the basics and paying attention to expressions often times says much more than words.
