I was seen by AuD Mr. Whitaker and it was a blessing. He was observant, patient, informative and most of all he has a caring approach. He continues to answer my question during my post exams. I am totally pleased with my hearing aids and I honestly recommend anyone to this center. The staff is very courteous and caring. I found that I seldom have feedback unlike my previous hearing aids.
