Things get mighty interesting when city girl Sarah Dawson comes from Dallas to help on the farm of her injured brother. Rancher Austin Kendrick takes notice right away that Sarah is one fine looking woman. Quality women are as scarce as hen's teeth in the country. Austin sets his sights on Sarah and vows to do whatever it takes to get her.
Sarah has a few personal problems to overcome - a poor self-image courtesy of "Mama" Dawson and a philandering fiance. But first, she has to learn how to pick cotton. A wonderful, well written cute romance.
I can not imagine a female being so put down by her mother - but thankfully when she left to help her brother broke leg and his wife recovering from illness , her true self comes out - and is seen by a handsome rancher. A nice little story about fulfilling commitments and how God brings about better than we expected. You will enjoy this. I would and already have recommend her books.
