There is nothing wrong with that except the expectation is that the writing should be done well and the information contained therein is useful. In the case of this book, it seems like it was written as a "get rich quick" scheme. If you visit the authors' website, the content is just as poor.
A lot of the information is borrowed and the website is nothing more than a blog. There is no reference to any of their previous business ventures nor are there and endorsements from other authorities on the subject. I already knew everything they covered in the book. Most of the time, I'm okay with that because sometimes I like information that reinforces what I already know.
However, this book is so vague and uninformative, it's stuff you can find in simple Google searches which is how I believe they did their research in writing this awful book. I would say this book might be useful for someone who has zero knowledge of opening an online store and even still, I feel it would be useless for a beginner. I was looking for more detailed information and based on the table of contents, I thought I would get that information.

Upon reading the book which I finished in an hour sparse pages , everything they discussed was full of filler material and extremely vague. I was taken by the "positive" reviews but after reading back through them, it's clear that those are fake reviews to bolster the book's rating. If you want to get a feel for the "knowledge" of these authors, visit their blog at "long live the internet dot com" just remove the spaces, you know that to do.
You'll soon find that this book and their "kit" IS their first attempt at starting an online business.

The authors really take a deep dive into the tools they use when creating an online store, which is invaluable when you are a beginner. Simply stated, this is a great book and quick read! No fluff and no b. The book goes through each topic imaginable too. I was absolutely impressed with how thorough each topic is discussed with a non-biased tone. Occasionally he throws in his opinion but honestly, his opinions are right because I tried them, as well as tried the opposite of them, and his techniques worked best.
This is my reference book as well. I read it in two days I couldn't put it down but I refer to it all the time. Highly recommend this to all newbies! I learned so much! I can't believe I was lucky enough to spot this book when they had a free promo. It truly takes a rookie, newbie approach and holds your hand from start to finish. The authors did a fantastic job in walking you through and holding your hand in an engaging, easy-to-understand way.
I hope this comes out as a paperback since I do not have a Kindle and had to read it only on my Kindle Cloud Reader. Thank you for a valuable book, aside from a couple of minor typos which I only notice since I am also a writer and editor I liked the fact they were not shy about telling you the actual providers they use, so that anyone can find the best places to open a store.
