The wheels are 8" diameter solid rubber on offset steel hubs. They are rated at kg each lbs. I bought a pair of these for a large BBQ smoker about six feet long with an offset firebox where one of the original wheels was beginning to come apart. These were a direct replacement and matched the original diameter and axle shafts exactly. They are strong and solid and I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again for any similar application.

Only 7 left in stock - order soon. I bought these to replace a set of tubeless tires with plastic rims on my Harper hand truck. The tubeless tires would not hold air as the 2-ply of the tires had microscopic holes in the rubber. The prices was good. Nowhere was the hub length stated! I searched every web site, including the manufacturer's web site, that offered these exact same tires and nobody stated the hub length!

I like the tube vs. Apex Shopping Cart Rubber Steel 9. I searched everywhere and then found these to replace them. I wish I had done it sooner. They were very simple to put onto my cart, roll super smooth. I just love them! It's not easy to order 'wheels' from an internet site. The first set we ordered was too tight to fit on our cart so we returned those. The second set fit much better but we added some 'spacers' to take the slight wobbliness out. So for the price of the wheels and a couple of bucks at the hardware store for 'spacers', my shopping cart is back in business.
I don't understand how this got any bad reviews at all.
