My five-year-old and two-and-a-half-year-old both love this book, and I don't get tired of reading it like I do with many other bedtime books. Kids have these brains that are absorbing massive amounts of information, processing language and numbers, and developing perspectives on their place in the world and the universe. This book helps kids understand truly gigantic numbers.

It's fascinating to ponder these big numbers in terms that are accessible to real people. The illustrations are also incredible. This is a creative, engaging book that can definitely grow with your child! The last page, after the story, explains estimations and is quite interesting to adults and budding scientists or mathematicians alike!
The illustrations are beautiful, engaging and diverse, which is much appreciated. All in all, it's a wonderful, timeless book that is sure to become a favorite.
