Of course those were just little small things that had me rolling my eyes. I could have over looked those things easily. Jackson was sexy and sweet. Serenity had my sympathy. I thought they had great chemistry, and I was loving their story. Serenity who just found out she was pregnant with Jackson's baby tells Jackson that she really was a spy for her dad and that he is going to try to take out the club when they go into lock down. Now here is where Jackson loses my respect. I totally understand him being pissed.
Get A Copy
He is a biker and so I can overlook at lot of things, but he treats her like complete shit. Which I could have forgiven if it stopped there but nope. She tells him she is pregnant, that Hogan beat her and was going to kill her bf's little girl and that she lied to her dad the whole time giving him fake info and still he pulls a gun on her, ties her up, lets her puke all over herself, and treats her like shit. Then he knows she is upset and not eating anything for days because everyone is telling him and he is like Don't give any fucks that she is starving herself or my baby.
Again I could have forgiven all that but then he sends her back to her father Does Jackson flip out? He just stands there frozen while everyone hears her being beaten. All the other men are yelling for him to pull her out before her father kills her and he just stands there. I couldn't believe it. Then he doesn't beg forgiveness. Doesn't rush her to the hospital to make sure the baby is okay after she was beat. Nope he starts in on how he is too old for her.
It's not until she is bleeding that he takes her to the hospital then after seeing the baby on ultrasound he wants to be with her again and he loves her and Serenity is like sure cool everything is back to normal. Sorry it was too much for me.
The Sinner season 3 release date: Will there be another series?
He sent her in Pregnant with his child and she got beat and I am just not ok with that. After that I just couldn't forgive and forget and move on. I lost my loving feelings. Yeah well so am I cuzz his stupid ass actions ruined a five star read for me. View all 21 comments.
That's all I could think as I read this book.
Finally, a book in this series that was as good as I wanted it to be, as good as I knew it could be. I love how two people can read the same book, feel completely opposite about it, and both still be totally valid and right. From book 1 through book 2 in this series, all I could think was that they were almost right up my alley. They were almost awesome by my snobby standards anyway.
After all, they had a lot of the ingredie Finally! After all, they had a lot of the ingredients I love; but I just felt like something was missing and I couldn't put my finger on it aside from the Bermuda love triangle of the second book, I KNEW I hated that. I loved the characters and the environment, but no dice.
Well whatever was missing for me in book one and two was totally present in book three.
Will there be another series of The Sinner?
And best of all, I got to revisit all the characters from books one and two - and in a weird way I felt like a lot of issues I previously had with those characters were resolved for me in this installment. So in the end, I'm glad I stuck with this series, because sometimes it's the third book that makes it all worth it Black Dagger Brotherhood Book 3, Lover Awakened anyone?
So for those of you who thought the first one was decent and the second one "meh" or yeh give this one a shot. View all 20 comments.
Knights' Sinner (The MC Sinners, #3) by Bella Jewel
I love this series so damn much! I don't want it to be over!!!! This is Jackson's book. I thought Spikes book was sexy.. Muff is probably may favorite character in the series.. I wish it was a full book but as we say down here in the south "don't look a gift horse in the mouth" I can't wait to read it! I'm so looking forward to reading more from this author. He was probably my least favorite guy in the series I mean come on..
Yeah he's the President of the club but the guy is old and a pig! Ever since book one, I always saw him as an old man with a stinkin' beer belly. He might be an old man and considered the "softie" but Jackson has a HUGE stam I was surprised and quite hesitant when I found out Jackson is getting his own book. He might be an old man and considered the "softie" but Jackson has a HUGE stamina that could fuck the shit out of you! And I was surprised to find out the tribal marking around his Never heard of it and had to google some pics so I can visualize what does it look like..
I liked what I see! On the outside, Serenity has the whole package- she's sweet, innocent and tiny with a pretty little face. Everybody in the club likes her but she's hiding a big secret, Serenity has been sent to spy on them Again, out of the three books- Serenity is my favorite heroine. First, she's weak but not too weak.. I probably didn't make sense..
She didn't pissed me off. Secondly, I liked that even though she's a broken woman, she still has some fire inside her. I've never been abused but I felt connected to her character. The scene when everyone found out about her secret? It was heartbreaking to see how Jackson treated Serenity afterwards. I knew he'll be mad or something but didn't expected him to go berserk. Jackson is not a violent person but geez.. Can't really say anything negative about this book, I had high expectation and I got it. I guess one thing that irked me was view spoiler [the threesome with Muff.
I kinda skipped those parts because I don't like sharing. I was a little turned off that Jackson let someone fucked Serenity. I knew that he liked sharing his women but I was hoping it will be different when it comes to her. But I have to admit that the threesome scene was nicely done, so if you guys like MFM, then this book has it that will give you a bookgasm. These guys, they are our family.
To some, they might be crazy and dangerous. To us, they are the reason we breathe. Bella Jewel definitely saved the best for last! This was a great book to end the series. I'm looking forward to reading Muff's book.. I'm kinda bummed out that it's just a novella.. I'll gladly take Muff.. View all 16 comments.
My favorite in the series. After the hints we got in the second book about Jackson, I was really looking forward to his book…. No background check, no identification…. My Scooby senses would have demanded I at least find out some basics. Okay My favorite in the series. Okay now to the good stuff…………. Just everything I expected him to be. I loved any time we got his point of view and was surprised at how much deeper he felt than what he showed at times. Though, why he felt so old at the age of 39 is beyond me, but whatever……some men are sensitive about their age: Serenity was a bit of a head scratcher for me.
I felt for her, I really did. However, I do have to give credit where credit is due….. And to keep everyone intrigued, without giving anything away….. Overall, the series definitely came full circle with this book and was a well balanced trilogy. And to all those who are thinking of starting this series View all 15 comments. Oct 26, Pam rated it it was amazing Shelves: Christ, I want to kiss him. Yet, I want to kiss him. Jackson has no business wanting the new girl, but damn his body for not listening.
Oct 26, AJ rated it it was amazing Shelves: This is, by far, my favourite of the series.
And then this book came along and completely blew all of my expectations out of the water, I thought it was amazing! I just love him. He offers to take in Serenity when she shows up at their MC compound beaten and seemingly with nowhere else to turn. Serenity has lived her life in fear of her father, who not only verbally abuses her, but beats her horribly. He glares at me. I told you that. But things between the two of them get hotter and hotter, and I loved watching the play between them. The sexy time between these two is sizzling, and Jackson is pretty much perfect giving Serenity what she needs.
They even bring Muff in for a night, which was very interesting And through it all you can feel the emotion between them deepening, and I loved every minute of it! And with it all unfolding the way it does, and the level of tension involved, it takes things between them to a whole new level, so when their HEA finally came, I was in a world of emotion with tears streaming down my face. He wraps his big arms around me, and nestles his face into my hair. I really liked Serenity. God, I love him! The man is amazing. And once again the previous couples play a prominent part.
I loved seeing what they are up to, but also watching their reactions to the romance happening before their eyes was absolutely gold. Oh, and before I went to bed, I saw my father here smuggling your clothes upstairs. It hooked me from the very beginning and I finished it at 3am this morning.
The mix of romance, sex, drama, humour, with just a touch of biker politics is great. I absolutely loved — 5 stars. And Bella Jewel you did not disappoint!! This is my favorite it the whole series. He is such a softie but a badass as well. Jackson and Serenity were absolutely amazing. I love the age difference between the to characters. Serenity and Jackson deserve some happiness in their lives but Serenity needs it the most her life has been a living hell until she arrived at Jackson's club.
Even then she had an inner battle eating her alive inside. She had to lie and deceive Jackson and the club for her father so she could save Ebony her best friends daughter. When Jackson finds out who she is can he forgive her for lying? Will they both get their happy ever after? This book has so much emotional turmoil, love and tenderness you just can not put it down. I read this in one day.

We all dealt with Jackson in the first 2 books and we all know how badass he is, how he runs things, and what means the most to him. Well we see Jackson in a whole new light in this book. When he meets Serenity, we see just how much of a heart Jackson truly has. I can't get her out of my head.
She's in there and she ain't budging. She's so fuckin' perfect. I shouldn't even be lookin' at her, but there she was, talkin' freely about her innocence and blushing so damn sweet. It doesn't matter how much I try to tell myself I don't, I do. Serenity has had one hell of a rough life. My heart broke for her and all she had been through with her father. She is the daughter of Hogan the biker's arch-enemy. She is sent into the MC compound, reluctantly, to spy for Hogan and bring back information that he can use to essentially kill everyone of them.
Will She follow through with Hogan's demands or will she see the MC in a different light and turn against Hogan and Help Jackson and his MC to bring him down once and for all? She deserves some happiness for sure. Can she find that in Jackson and his MC? These two were amazing together. I loved the age difference with them. There's so much sexual tension in the air, I should just orgasm standing here. Jun 08, Katie rated it really liked it Shelves: I've decided that when it comes to MC books, Bella jewel is totally in a class of her own. Loved this book, as well as the other books in the series!
He would rather keep this in the confines of recordings than really grapple with it. And learning his long-time friend raped a young girl and he had no idea has to weigh on him, too. And so here is a character who on the surface is a small town guy who knows everyone in town and runs this popular establishment and is well-liked, and he, too, has these unresolved feelings that, in this one perfect storm of a moment, come out with Marin in a very tragic way. I, and the writers — we definitely approached that as a rape.
Ambrose seems to have found a peace watching Julian with Heather in Niagara Falls. Do you consider his story done, to instead follow someone else into a third season? As our flawed, troubled protagonist, we wanted to see him continue to unpack himself in the course of solving these cases. And I already have in mind that the events of season 2 have pushed Ambrose psychologically into a new place.

When they finally know the whole story, there is a pain in that and the truth is often very hard, but there is a freedom to move past it because they know what it is — they know what happened.
