Then finally i took hypnotherapy sessions. I must say hypnosis really helped me. Phobia is rooted in our subconscious. Hypnosis is also a great way to conquer your fear of flying. So what I do is I film it! On takeoff and any turbulence we encounter, I always pull out my phone and start recording.
