Great place to stay. We were in Julian for a family wedding.. The room needed another chair. There was only one chair in the room for 2 people. Breakfasts were lovely and the room was very nice. Lovely and cozy historic hotel in a picturesque town of Julian.

The bed was too small. I didn't like the shower curtain. Would have been better as a shower door. The breakfast and the afternoon tea were great. The bedroom window did not open so the room temperature couldn't be adjusted with some fresh air. The inn was beautifully restored, full of vintage furniture and decorations, and well-maintained.

The room was too small. You couldn't open the door to the bathroom without hitting the toilet. There was no place to put shampoo or soap while showering.

Had to drape towel over the sink. Our friends stayed 2 rooms away and couldn't sleep all night due to people talking and walking above them. They could hear every word and the toilet flushing. Having to find a place to park on the street was a challenge also. The breakfast served was the best thing going for this place. There was no TV and the internet was spotty.
