Rumor has it that Big Boy is casting for his costar s in this production. First of all, I would like to thank God's Dogs Rescue for giving a guy a second chance. I would also like to thank my fabulous foster family for uncompromising love and support. Last, but not least, a shout out to all of you reading this bio today for considering a rescue dog. Thank you big time. Now, down to the business at hand. As you have been made aware, I am conducting a casting call for the co star s in my production "The Rest of My Life". I am not talking about a costar s that puts food out in the morning and gives doggie a pat on the head.

Selected costar s must commit to commitment! Must know basic commands. I will want my costar s to prompt me on the following behaviors; sit, down, high five with alternate paws, speak, go in create, fetch. I have also mastered ringing a bell on door knob to go out, but don't need prompting on this one. I look and act like a champ walking on leash.

I also do a cute trick where I? I know you are getting the drift; I am extremely intelligent and love the challenge of learning new behaviors. Should have dog experience; let's face it folks, with all of my awesomeness going on, I am not a beginner dog!! The optimum costar s will have some understanding and knowledge of basic canine behavior. With a heritage of Labrador and Stafforshire Terrier, I thrive on knowing my boundaries and on interaction with humans.

Be Adventurous; it would be best if costar s enjoys hikes, walks, and excursions together.

Meet Sweetie VG I'm going to embark on an adventure of epic puportions. I cannot tell you what the adventures will entail, but I guarantee they will be full of snacks and friends, because I'm good at getting both. I've been practicing for 4 months and have had dog and cat friends and especially people friends and various snacks. When I was a younger pup, I looked like a smaller Terrier mix, but now at 4 months and 20 lbs, I'm shaping up to be a medi-yum, what a delish word My name is Sweetie, but Sweetie is as commonplace for a brown sugar dog, as Spot for a Dalmation or Zeus for a Chihuahua.

But if it speaks the truth, don't mess with a good thing. When I was a small puppy, I could fit way up on Foster Mom's chest, but now that I'm bigger, I can only reach lap level, still warm, but no heart drum beat. Sometimes if I feel like stretching out, I'll lay by the couch. As long as I'm near the people, I'm happy, I'm not clingy. Foster Mom says I'm 99 pawcent full on energy, I believe feisty is the word she used to describe my gumption. The other doggies at my Foster House are bigger, but I can hold my own. If I spy a toy I deem as fun, I'll grab, even if the said toy is already occupying another doggie's cheek pockets.

I'm the toy bandit! I am very people oriented. I love all people and animals.. However, I do have a little independent streak which makes me a very affectionate but not clingy or needy kind of pup. I'm also pretty much potty and crate trained! I will be waiting to embark on the adventures! Please pack adequate snacks, it does not qualify as an adventure if our tummies are mad!

I don't wanna be a tattle tail, but I spotted a bill board that looked like some black and white patchy cows were spray painting the words "eat more chicken" on the sign. What's udderly unbelievable is they misspelled chicken as chikin. I always thought cows were more on point with their spelling. It's all like a cows opinion though, a moo point. I hail from Blanco TX and was taken from a place that had toooo many dogs and not enough cuddles to go around so I'm a little on the shy side. I am pretty and petite at about 15 pounds now and grow to typical Cattle Dog size of pounds. The rescue lady says my markings are wicked I think she means that in a nice way, not like a green melty witch from the west. My personality takes a teeny bit to show, but once it appears, I'm like southern sweet tea and playful like a normal pup.

I LOBE other dogs and really want some at my adopter house please! Since I'm shy, I don't want a house with toddley kids that yell and pull ears, that will make me scared, but if you have older sweet nice gentle kids, that would be okay dokie. Please pick me, I'm a good girl. Local is in the state of Texas. Meet Jill LS Do you watch those celebrity gossip shows? It sure makes learning the potty rules easier. I am still a puppy and growing fast, but I am a little bit smaller than my brother Jack, so the Foster Mom thinks I will just grow to be a 50 pound dog. Maybe it stands for Dancing Queen because I am so leggy and petite and can really kick up them heels?

I am a very dainty Shepherd Lab mix and my final weight might only be 45 lbs, as I am not big boned. I am doing really excellent at potty training. Foster Mommy says my legs are made of springs because I love to jump around and hippety hop. I will be a most loyal companion and currently follow my Foster Folks all around the house. Pawdon me m'am and sirs, I want to interruff your scrolling to tell you good news. I'm off the chain! I started life chained to a porch. One day my owners bought me a new puppy that I called Sonny because he was a bright spot in my muttnotunos boring never changing scenery.

But we never got to play like I hoped, because our chains didn't let us run or rumble. It was sad times. We are both free now and we gallop and get kibbles and lots of bits and it's like someone should pinch me to see if this is a dream. Don't actually pinch me though, that's just an expression. I am listed as an amazing dog and you shouldn't pinch amazing guys. You can still feel my ribs a little if you rub me, but I'll top out at 80 pounds soon. I guess that makes me a Rott Retriever, ewwwe, no, I'm not fetching any rotten stuff.

Hmmmm, let's call me a Labraweiler or Labracadabrador. I'm just so happy to be paw loose and fancy free. I'm just soaking up all the love and attention like a biscuit sops up gravy. I wake my Foster Mommy up when nature calls in the morning and she takes me out every 3 hours when she is home to remind me to tinkle. I have a born natural skill of leash following. Seriously, I will walk right by your side or slightly behind.

Foster Mommy says this is amazeballs because she has never ever seen a pup my age and energy that knew naturally how to stay calm on the leash. Number one is a home with people in it. I love being with people and a house is not a home without the people in it. Yes, I add lots of friends to my collection. I am solid at 65 pounds and not super tall, but I make up for that with width. I am down for whatever! I was living with 2 very cute girls. The only difference was instead of an apartment we were sharing a one room blue pipe drainage ditch. We were all in less than snazzy shape, but these rescue ladies fattened us right up. They named me Blaze, because I am a spitball of fire and energy. I had some missing hair spots on my face and the rescue lady assured me that my skin would heal and my hair would cover in the gaps. I might grow to be pounds. I am in a foster home learning potty training and all the indoor rules, I am too pawlite to scratch on your door, so please let me out occasionally and tell me to do my business.

I am good with other dogs and would especially like an adopter home with a similar sized and aged dog that likes to play ruff. I would like an older boy or man or even mom who likes to wrastle and tumble. Since I am wild at heart, I prob would be too much doggie for a toddler child, but school age kids would love me, I am so much fun. Foster Mommy wants me to find a family with experience in training a puppy or willingness to take classes, because I am very eager to learn and structured sessions would help me reach my full pawtential.

The rescue ladies also say I have the fierce heart of a lion and will make a great protector and companion to any family, because I took good care of my two girlfriends when we lived in the dirt. If I can make it in the dirt, I can make it anywhere. I cannot imagines a better gurl than Kay. Kay would be a fun gurl to take everywhere becuz she is so fun.

You should adopt her and give her 3 million pieces of fillay minyon. I am a black Lab mix about years old and perfectly portable size of just 40 pounds. I have the perfect amount of energy for a good gurl my age and breed. I like to play with ALL the dogs and get goofy and waggy and hippety hoppy. Due to my friendly outgoing FUN nature and athletic build I would make the best bud for every adventure. I will be a good muttivator for your exercise goals.

I hope to meet you soon. I think they would have wrote that anyway. Maddie, but I am not maddie, I am very happy, but I do always have a melon-collie look on my face. But since it is relevant to dog adoptions I will just tell you, I am mumble umble arrffffle Note from Volunteer: Maddie is 10 years old. I LoVE people and enjoy being pampered now that I know what pampering means. I also like CATS. I am good around other dogs too. I am just a nice girl. I came from the City of San Antonio shelter. When I got to Foster Mom I had the worst case of the itchies. How long does it take for eyebrows to grow back if you over pluck?

I found almost ALL my missing fur. We got the itchies under control with the medicine I got from the Veteranarian. I will be so easy I promise and I will love you the mostest ever that you have ever been loved. I know I can do it. I would vote for you to have furturnity leave if you adopt me.

Like maternity leave but for a new pet. Because then I would like that you were home with me for a little while. The lady that is holding me for photos, yes. See those are all yes likes, no unlikes or dislikes. I am one of 10 out of a very mix and match litter. Our Mommy is a 35 lb Lab mix. But my sister looks like a Shepherd, my other sister looks like a Lab, and I look like what hunks are made out of. I am age 9 weeks as of Aug.

I am a good boy. I will likely weigh 40 something pounds someday. Ahyoka JuM Whatdaya mean you are gonna throw that perfectly good piece of bacon that hit the floor into the trash can? Bacon goes in pie hole. My coloring would rival any black pearl, practically dipped in irrridescent sparkles with a hombre effect of black dark chocolate with deep caramel stripes and amber eyes. I have the perfect combo of the Plott Hound and Labrador Retriever in my genes. I am a loving dog and very fun. I am just about one year old and 45 pounds. Dog, Adult, Female, Medium Basenji. Dog Adult Female Medium Basenji.

Mama Dolly JuM Who let the dogs out? It was Colonel Mustard in the study with the candle stick. I have no clue what I am talking about. Who let the dogs in? Richards was my first ever human Papa, he lives on the south side of San Antonio and people kept dumping doggies off and he kept taking them in. But his heart was bigger than his pocketbook and feeding 40 dogs took lots of money, so Rescue Ladies came over and took us to find new Mamas and Papas.

You might wonder why it took me so long from being rescued to finally going up for adoption. Yep, I had 8 puppies at the young age of 1 year old. I had to raise those puppins for several weeks. I have been free of those little crumb snatchers about a month or two now. I would really love a home environment that has other dogs as I used to live with LOTS of dogs and I enjoy their company. It is no offense against you humans, I just really like someone who speaks my language, the language of tail.

I am a Basenjii mixed girl of about 28 pounds full grown at years old. How much wood can a woodpup pup if a woodpup could pup wood? The answer is none there's no such thing as a woodpup, but there is such a thing as a scaredy pup and that would be me. I was found under a woodpile with my 3 siblings. We were only a couple days old and it was degrees outside that day. Our mom never showed back up so we were scooped up and given to someone called a bottle momma who bottle fed us and got us all healthy.

I do like to get cuddles and I play with my siblings. I like to take my naps right by the food bowl so I can wake up and stick my head right in the bowl. I do the same with my water dish. Perhaps I should have started with this but hey what can you do. I am currently about 5 pounds. Biowriter looks at Roxy who is being silly. I was dumped on the property of a rescue shelter when I was preggo. I love toys, kids, other dogs, am crate trained I do however kinda gravitate to the trash can. Old habits are hard to break, what can I say? As far as my weight and size, whatcha see is whatcha get.

Penny ST I have a bone to pick with some famous red heads. Uh, um, on second thought, I think Wendy's hair is actually red and I don't want to insult a girl who has access to unlimited amounts of hamburgers and French fries. The point I'm trying to make is that I'm a real deal red head, no bottle or toner, just naturally blessed. Foster Mom calls me a love bug! But I'm actually more likely a Hound mixed with Labrador. I give hugs that are so strong you'd think I was a bear!

I have the personality of a teddy bear, the stuffy kind, which I love to play with by the way. I'm a good friend to dogs and people. And mostly identify as a Labby mix if you are looking for a Lab mix that isn't your standard yellow, chocolate or black, I'd make a fab choice. I weigh 53 pounds, but don't let that scare you off, I'm well mannered for a big girl and even know how to walk on a leash. Foster Mom says my brains equal my beauty and she thinks I have a great potential for learning lots of skills if anyone wants to take me to school, I'd prob get Valedogtorian of my class.

Foster Mom was worried that my houndy genes might cause me to bork too much, but she says I bork just the right amount to alert her to a potential hazard that she might need to investigate. If you like copper heads Remember you must like bear hugs because I love to give them along with face slurps!!!

Foster Mom went to investigate to see what had kitty so interrrrrested. I was not a large exotic rodent, but still a very similar weird name, a Catahoula. They believe I am mixed with Australian Shepherd, because I have a bit longer fur than a Catahoula and my ears are mostly perky not flippy. My eyes have a marbled glaze of ice blue and amber. That is common among Catahoula and it is called heterochromia yep, got that spelled right and everything, thank you google.

Sayonara to my man parts. Since I am only 8 months old, I will still grow a bit more and maybe end up in the 60 pound range. My Catahoula grey merle coat can be used for ink blot tests to see if your friends see anything sketchy, all I see is bacon. You can also have bunches of fun with me and take me anywhere, because I enjoy vehicle rides, much better than my previous ride known as the patamobile. I jump right up in the cab excited for an adventure.

I am an avid eater and welcome food and water with much graciousness as I am so relieved to be catered to. Foster Mom says to tell ya she reckons I should get a home with an energetic youngster to keep me busy, otherwise you will be responsible for burning off my energy. My favorite-est part of the day is when Foster Mom and Dad get home and play with me. When I was first found under the deck, I was hiding out and feeling sick, because a rattler snake had bit my leg.

My Foster Mom took me to the Vet and they gave me medicine and said I am one tough cookie to survive a rattler.

I am still waiting for that cookie they speak of. I also had fleas and ticks nipping at me, goodness, one would think my blood tasted like chicken fried steak the way all critters kept sinking their teeth into me. It was after all a cat that rescued me.
