Playhouse Square - Wikipedia
Masters of the performing arts come off the stage to share with audience members. Playhouse Square not only establishes all this activity, but also works to secure donor funding to subsidize their costs so that the entire community can benefit. Performances and education events need a place to call home…an environment bustling with life and energy. Our efforts in area development have established this place, transforming a deserted downtown district into a vibrant destination for all. In doing vital behind-the-scenes work — facilitating new construction, enhancing area aesthetics, implementing housing plans, managing properties, wooing developer and retail investment — we build upon the sacrificial efforts of those who rescued and reestablished this place years ago.
With donor support, we sow into a unique destination that attracts visitors, businesses, and residents while offering a source of civic pride and an entertaining escape.
