I should mention that since my Kindle is a previous generation given to me by a friend , this book cannot be stored on my device, however, it is stored in my Amazon Cloud and can be accessed by any of my computers.

If you have a newer Kindle device, you won't have a problem with that. Even free apps take valuable time and device storage space to get a feel for their value to me, so having this guide to do some of the narrowing down is a handy thing. Most of the apps I checked are indeed accurately listed and fairly reviewed by the author, which saves a lot of time wading through the often questionable app reviews. This does a nice job of presenting the app classification, the developer information, the pros and cons, and a overall score to help make an educated decision before downing something that isn't right for my needs.

After reading a lot of reviews for the Fire I realized that I don't even know what most of the info is talking about. I'm NOT a computer person. I'm very stupid when it comes to anything electronic. I didn't even know what "App" meant, for sure.

I'm very happy that I now know a lot more that I did before about the Fire. This is a pretty complete basic listing of apps put in a non-biased way. It's NOT an extension of a Kindle ad. He tells you what's good, what's not, If there are any glitches, etc. I think some folks negatives come from expecting too much out of it.
