I know next to nothing about flowers in general so some of the plant terms were beyond me but the history was neat and I learned a lot anyway. My borrowed copy seemed to be missing pg 25 and A good spring feeling book. Jan 26, Ionia rated it it was amazing.
This is such a lovely book. The photography in this book is astoundingly beautiful, so realistic you would swear you could reach out and feel the softness of the petals.

A great resource for gardeners with plenty of information on this amazing flower and the connections it had throughout the world, this is a book not to miss for anyone interested in flora.
I would happily give this book as a gift to other nature lovers and gardeners.
