Guide people through sharing their stories. On a practical level, this means interviewing them ahead of time until you are familiar enough with the story to tell it yourself. Then when recording their story, or presenting it live, guide them carefully with questions to help them succeed. You also need to guide the story to align with your vision and show the diversity of your church and community. Make sure to emphasize how the story being told fits into the vision of the church.

Is the story an outgrowth of people living out the vision successfully?

FAITH SHAPING (REVISED)

A call to action to others to more effectively join in the vision? Make sure the story has as broad an appeal as possible. This is less important if you are only sharing this story with a limited part of your community.
