I imagine it would have to be a hard thing to write about all the ways you disappointed others and yourself in the past, having to re-live those feelings to an extent to capture the truth of the circumstances in order to write this book. What to Do if You Can't Sleep

Heck, I do believe in the possibility of the paranormal so I didn't turn away from that part. Now as someone who is studying to be a mental health counselor the thoughts of the characters and the way everyone reacted to get to where they were made a ton of sense to me. I could unders I won this book in a goodreads giveaway. I could understand where everyone was coming from and whatnot even if I did not like it. The storyline was simple and written plainly.

Reading this book gave me a sense of hope about my own life as well as insight. I couldn't help but want to keep reading to see how her story unfolded. It also allowed me to be more aware of my own physic abilities; which has caused me to want to learn more about my inner self. This is a book about healing, finding strength and hope. Nita I thought her story was Inspiring, disturbing, eye opening, and encouraging. I really felt like I knew Nita reading her story and just wanted to reach inside the pages and give her a big hug!

Nita courageously uses her story to illustrate this, as well as to give us a chance to learn compassion and forgiveness I applaude Nita on a well written and enthralling read which is uncommon in a first book. Enlighten to new ideas I would recommend this book to many people that believe in clairvoyant abilities but not to the closed minded. I found new evidence to support my feelings. I also book marked several pages that are worth sharing with others.

Instead of doing those kinds of things, try thinking good thoughts before bed. Imagine a favorite place or activity or think of all the people who care about you. Reading a peaceful book before bed your parent can read to you or you can read to yourself or playing soothing music can help you have sweet dreams. Insomnia also can happen when you're worried about things.

It's easy to feel stressed when you have tests at school, after-school activities, team sports, and chores around the house. If you're starting to feel overwhelmed — like it's all just too much — speak up.

Your mom or dad can help you put some balance in your schedule. It may mean cutting out some activities so you have more free time. A major change in your life or daily routine can easily cause sleep problems. Changes like divorce , death , illness, or moving to a new town can affect your ability to sleep through the night. During a difficult time, it helps if you feel safe.

Try bringing a comforting object to bed with you, like a blanket a relative made for you or a favorite stuffed animal. It might take a while to feel better, so talk with your mom or dad about what's bothering you. Even if the problem can't be solved, just talking it out can help you sleep easier. If you feel too hot, too cold, hungry, or crowded, you won't get to sleep like you should.
