I now need to go see the witch and when I take the boat through the cave I cannot destroy the red crystals to access the lift. You have to progress further in the game til you reach the part where your inside the mountain.
You'll come across Sindri the dwarf being attacked by a dragon. You have to defeat the dragon by throwing red crystals at it while it's charging an electrical attack.
How to Get Shock Arrows in God of War?
After you defeat it, Sindri will ask you to take one of the dragons teeth. Once you give him the tooth, he'll create the shock arrow. Also remember you can switch back and forth between types of arrows with the up and down d-pad. People need to just go with the flow and play the game. It might seem as though you can't do this, can't do that Then you can go back and do the things you couldn't.
ANYWAY op were missing something at the mission were stuck on there another way across with out going into the red sap room. The game makers should do a better job of educating the players on this.

I was one of the 50 and I remember the next three years very well, for I still harbored some doubts about my calling. It happened during holidays, while I was home with my family. One day I forgot to cut off the switch so when I tried to stop the generator I instantly got an electric shock of volts.

It literally knocked me down and convulsed my muscles, meaning I could not release the cable. I just remember that I could not scream because I lost my voice, and then slowly lost my consciousness. Just one more minute of those volts and I would not be here telling you this story.

But God stepped in! While I laid dying my father happened to returned home. Since the generator and the breaker switch were in separate parts of our home, he had no idea that I was in trouble.
