One of the best books on the market for attaining a moment's peace in an otherwise busy world.

I have started to practice the mindfulness meditation after i watched the movie: It's actually very easy and simple. The moment you focus on breathing, the sensa A quick read to this book to check out what i am practicing now is correct or not.

The One Moment Master: Stillness for people on the go by Martin Boroson

The moment you focus on breathing, the sensation is like you drag your wandering soul back to your body, even though i fall asleep this fast, I find it gave me immense peace and forgiveness. I enjoy this meditation. What am I thinking at that moment??

Really nothing, just focusing on breathing. Give yourself a moment is very important, we all still have long way to learn to be a better person. First of all, get rid of the ones who won't give your life any positiveness.

If someone doesn't deserve your respect because what he or she could do is insulting, silence is the best answer for this kind of people. The idea of mindfulness "mini-hits" is not a new one and the book contains a LOT of padding.

Nonetheless it is a simple, valuable practice so you might as well learn about it here. This book made me think quite a bit about what I had been hoping to accomplish during the years of my life when I meditated for minutes per day.
